I've ordered boots and was waiting one week before contacted them at first via email. Got reply from Gary promising they will despatch them on following day with extra gift for trouble.
After 3 days when my order still had status 'processing' tried to call them using mobile couse stoped answering my emails, my call got rejected each time, when finally used landline they answered straight away saying exactly the same thing as before and that they don't have these boots in stock (they are selling them on Amazon.co.uk and eBay.co.uk as in stock)…
Couple days later had to cancel my order.
