When it comes to fulfillment and customer service the good people at Brixton have a lot to learn before they can walk with the big boys of retail. I ordered 2 Brood Snap caps, a Brown and Black to go with various outfits. So they charge my card the total for both caps. Then I get an email stating they only have the Brown one and that the excess I paid will be reimbursed in about 7 days (really!) What a crock!). The Black one was out of stock! I attempted over three days to contact their customer service line to see if I could find out when they would be expecting more so I could reorder the Black one (remember – out of stock). No reply to phone line or email. I then located a Black one on Ebay for a lower price (Brand New With Tags) and ordered it anticipating the Brown one from Brixton. So a few days later I get a notification my order from Brixton has arrived. I got a Black one! What happened to the Brown one they were supposed to ship? Hell knows! In light of the bungling of my order and no response whatsoever from Brixton I have decided to write them off as a total waste of time, money and effort. I'll have to order another Brown cap (hopefully not from them!) and never do any online business with them! Sorry Brixton you had your chance.

Just received my fedora felt hat!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Just what I鈥檝e been wanting for years! Been through numerous western hats cowboy and others, and THIS IS IT!!! Just a tad to large but added foam rubber sizing tape under brim material, now it鈥檚 PERFECT!! It鈥檚 my 鈥渁ll-around鈥?hat now!!

Terrible customer service, lengthy delays in processing.

Bought two hats with the boxing day promo of 30% off. They only shipped one and didn't honor the 30% discount! They ended up charging me full price. The second hat that didn't ship is still readily available on their website stating a few left. No offering as to why the second hat didn't ship and nil reply as of yet with respect to the error.

Like the other reviews if you're going to shop brixton go to a physical store.

In fairness to brixton, I'm still awaiting their reply!!

Ordered a gorgeous hat. Came packaged very well and super fast. Will be ordering from them again. I received my item 4 days after ordering.

By far the worst customer support I have ever encountered.
Wrote them an email about the size of a hat. Took them a week to answer. This answer contained a macro (means they only took like 5 seconds to answer my question), which did not even answer my question in the slightest.

I recommend you to not order at them, but to go to a local store selling these hats instead.
Imagine the support you'll be getting whenever you want to return something. By the time you receive a reply from them, your 14-day return policy will most likely already be over.

Cannot review the products, since I haven't ordered yet, due to the fact I had to wait a week for an answer.

Avoid whenever possible.

Customer beware. My return of almost $200 was never processed with no explanation from Customer Support. Their items are cute, but not worth the potential struggle. Unfortunately I will not be buying from this brand again.

Horrible Customer Service
I received a gift and was excited to wear my cute new hat, but had to reach out to the company for a simple, direct exchange as the size did not work. This is a brand new, unworn item that was gifted to me and I was informed that exchanges are not an option – something that all other retailers seem perfectly equipped to handle. I was informed I would have to return the item (again, this is a gift, so I can't return it), and purchase a new one. I thought perhaps there was a misunderstanding since this seems such an antiquated process, and tried to reach them via phone, but that was completely unsuccessful. After many attempts to resolve over email, I am extremely disappointed that they refused to assist me and want to spread the word so that others can purchase from more responsible companies than this one is.

These people are a joke!!! instead of addressing the issue with over charging and charging me a restock fee, they send me a nasty email. Spend your money else where. They will steal and make up rules as they go along.

Don't shop here. Ordered womans hat and received a mans. Got email stating they refunded $14.11 of my $26.11. Are they kidding me. They are one of the WORST companies.

Fat man approached me and my friend (two nice little skinny ladies) and said we were being kicked out because we brought 1 seltzer. I will personally never go back there, he kept speaking on his radio as if we had been caught murdering someone. Shame on that man. Get a life bro.

Do not buy from this company. Will charge your card several times. I鈥檝e sent several emails for them to contact me by phone (Not email) and they just won鈥檛. They will email you back and claim everything is fine. Don鈥檛 waste your time with these guys

Merchandise is great but shipping and communication is very slow and unprofessional. They dropped the ball on hundreds of orders for several months and many were out their expedited shipping costs and purchases. I would not buy from this brand again.

These folks are a scam My wife ordered a hat before Christmas with the The guarantee that it would be delivered on the 24th. She never heard from them again. There is no email regarding processing of the order. They charged my account the $75. I have tried several times to get a hold of your customer service via phone and now by email do not order from Brixton clothing line they are a scam

I had a couple of issues that I needed to address but their customer service department is impossible to reach. you can only email or leave a voice message, and get an automated response to your email. terrible customer service, I would never do business with them again.

Took 2 weeks to get order and right before shipping, after I had to contact them several times about order, they cancelled to items stating not in stock. Poor customer service or the lack there of. No email contacting me about delay. When I spoke to a person, she stated it was because of the holidays, Reallly,!!!! It was the 1st of December. Then she offered me free shipping on next order. That was no deal as most give free shipping anyway. I will NEVERRRRR shop with them again

Morley the clothing shop was horrible why would anyone want to bye anything from there I have never been treated so poorly it is a waste of my money
