British Heart Foundation Online Shop

I booked a collection on-line for the first time and entered the items I had for collection, then received a call within a few days to organise the collection – BHF were able to collect on a day I selected which was great. Shane and colleague from Corby British Heart arrived early morning to collect a 2-drawer filing cabinet and some other items. We received a text to let us know they were on their way. Very friendly and polite and appreciative that we had all the items ready near the front door (as helpfully requested online). Have used BHF Furniture Collections many times now (Peterborough before we moved), this was the first time we had used Corby. Very happy with the service and very happy to be able to donate and help others. Thank you British Heart Foundation for helping us do 'our bit'.

It took me a lot of time to book them in, that was the first thing that happend, after that they said that they will call before arriving on the day of collection, again something that did not happen. And the third thing is that they did not even took what they supposed to because of a minor excuse. Is a fricking donnation, is not like I am charging money for this, also its not like whoever buys from a charity shop will be picky about something as there are ussualy people with less money that are from them. Pretty bad and stupid experience, wasted a lot of time waiting and for nothing/ Next time I will get a paid service which does its job. Donations are definetly stupid and picky for no reason or with no justificaton at all. How can you refuse a fricking perfect functioning fridge.

I purchased an item which was delivered the following day. I think the delivery charge of 拢20 is a bit steep considering BHF is a charity. However i found the staff in the shop very helpful and Paul and Mike that made the delivery were very happy and full of smiles.

Great service quick delivery, ordered 2 pin badges this time but have ordered t-shirts in past.

I am very pleased with the top but found the sizes for a lady very small. I had to buy a man's large and it is still a bit tight. I normally take a ladies size 18. The quality is very good and I am sure it will give me a lot of wear.
