Scam company. Don鈥檛 fall for it. Goods never arrive. Emails come with Chinese encryption. Had two messages from strange emails asking for money. Scammers.

The 拢60 watch i bought In October 2018 was a very obvious fake.initially the correspondence from them was good. I had to send the watch China for returns.
There was never anyone at said address to receive the return. When i provided tracking details all communication stopped. Good bye 拢60 + the 拢13 postage to send it back
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FEW GOOD REVIEWS LIKE I WAS. THE WEBSITE IS A CUT AND JOB EVERYTHING SCREAMS FAKE AND SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I was scammed by this website 拢53.33 fake Xbox controller waiting for PayPal to help as this persons have various addresses asks to send back item for refund but I was very dubious doing it all through PayPal as sellers unhelpful and non responsive

Keep away from this Company. They are a Scam. I recently ordered a watch, I was charged a conversion fee of 拢8.00 more than the advertised watch price and not to mention the e receipt I got did not reflect this extra charge! Only found out when I received my Credit Card bill. The wrong watch came and I have since 23/10/18 emailed many times and left voicemail after voicemail for a callback. NOTHING! No response what so ever even though the Website boasts 24 hours a day customer service, and promises to reply to an email within 2 hours. Absolute poppycock! Stay away! I have just phoned my Bank to stop my card so this company cant use my card details fraudulently because they are definitely not to be trusted and I also raised a dispute under the Section 75 to claim my hard earned money back. First time I have been hoodwinked, it wont happen again!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

These people are also this people: from123brandnew using 'British Accessories UK', 'Best accessories UK' etc. They are even not in UK.

This is very obviously a scam website, the icons are all clipart and even their own logo has been badly cropped off of a white screen. Not only that, they go by two different names on the same website, British Accessories, and Best Accessories, which is alarming. The items have reviews that have been copy and pasted from elsewhere. Search on their website for Sony MDR7506 Professional Large Diaphragm Headphone.
Copy and pasting the first review on Google gives me an Amazon review as the latest source I could find, 2005 from a guy named "Richard" (The shortened version of Richard, the website thinks the name is inappropriate) Oliver for headphones of the same name, and a whole ton of scam websites who also use this small clip from the original review. Websites such as 123BrandNew and BestUKJewellers, which is exactly the same website layout as British Accessories and if you scroll to the bottom you can see it is copywrited to British Accessories! They obviously own the websites 123BrandNew and BestUKJewellers too so don't get scammed by any of their sites! If the prices are more than 50% off anywhere else, don't trust it!

If you return an item do not expect a refund. I have been waiting 12 months for a refund and still no sign of one

Never had such a bad experience with any shop. The product (Daniel Wellington watch) arrived in a damaged condition. We contacted British Accessories and were asked to return the watch to an address in the US. We followed and sent the watch on our expenses but did not hear more about it. We sent DHL confirmation that the delivery was successful but did not receive any response or reaction. We tried to contact British Accessories by phone but there was always just a voice mail. We sent numerous mails asking for an answer but never received any reaction or response. Then we contacted Daniel Wellington for support but learned that British Accessories is no qualified dealer. Our money is lost.
Recommentation: do not buy from British Accessories!

Does anyone know how I can return an item to British Accessories?
The item is fine its just not required and there "24 hour customer support" number has never worked. I've emailed several times with no reply!!

Purchased Nikon Battery from britishaccessories.com/. Battery wrong type, doesn't fit charger or camera.
When I emailed them about returning it, they gave me a return address in canada!! (and their called BristishAccessories??) and i'm in the UK. It would cost me more than the Nikon battery itself to return it.
Ringing their supposed customer service telephone number only rings once for a second and then silence so completely useless.
Subsequent emails results in no reply!… (original email from a 'ruthzhangsm' with no details of how to return the item and now wont reply)

a have ordered a pair of headphones Audio Technica Ath-m50, and the product they send me, is a fake one. A chinese replica of Ath-m50. Bad experience. Totaly dissapointed. Not recomended!!

Seems totally unsafe

I ordered beats headphones over two months ago, they still haven't arrived. They told me they resent them 3 times and I still haven't received any of them. I asked for my money back and I was told that it has been refunded and I should get it in 5 to 10 days that was 11 days ago and guess what I still haven't received my refund. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I bought a Lear Pro 32 gb flash card from British Accessories on 17th November. I eventually arrived around mid-December. I've tried using the card around 6 times and each time it freezes at random times and says there's a card error – when it doesn't write photos to the camera. You can simply remove the card and put it back in and it will work again for a while. Obvisouly there's something faulty here. I contacted the company and they asked me to send the card back – to America. Their website says you get 180 day money back guarantee and free returns. So far they have told me to post the card withough any instructions on how to get the free postage and said they will replace it despite me asking for my money back. My bank card was also mysteriously used for an illegal transaction in early January. 拢70 odd was taken from the account via China and two fees for currency changes into US dollars were charged during the same transaction. The replies I got over the card issues have come from ruthzhangsm(at)vip.126.com Look this up and you'll find one or two other dodgy transactions!

I ordered a Daniel Wellington watch, I made a mistake in the order, I communicated with them and they understood my request quickly. I received the good item 15 days later, and the watch was completed. I recommend.

02-01-2017 : I finally received the watch – 10 days after the planned date. In good condition – it is working fine.

21-12-2016 : I ordered a watch 12 days ago, my bank account was debited 12 days ago and I have received nothing. No response to my chasing to customer service by mail. I tried to call, lines are always busy.

I paid 14 days ago 拢 132.67 for the Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7 suppose to deliver 2 – to 4 days A week after they sent me a tracking number 12 days pass.Nothing happens.
Updated ; Cost was 拢132.67 GBP but instead they withdrew 拢145.01 . 拢12.34 GBP extra from my account for a FAKE Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7
2. Update; I received the headphone in good condition a few days after the promised day, also kindly they refunded the money has been taken extra 拢 12.34 GBP from my card account, I am happy after all .

BUT I was wrong THEY SENT ME A FRAUDULENT, FAKE CHINESE COUNTERFEIT ILLEGAL COPY it was seal looks same but it was an illegal counterfeit .

Crooks are making a fortune flogging fake designer gear on Facebook, a Sunday People 颅investigation has discovered.

Ordered 拢135 worth of Canon battery grip. Received dodgy-looking tracking info. Now 10 days since my order. No response to emailed request for update. Telephone on ansafone saying "…busy time Of day: can't accept call…" Linked to BestAccessories UK which has reputation as a fake/dodgy/scam site.
