Very poor customer service, even when you pay extra to take insurance out and then through their negligence they damage your property they only then want to pay you out the second hand value not the replacement value. I have questioned this with their office only to be told 'it is what it is!' I can't believe that all removal companies have this attitude?

Having used a Britannia company before, when my sister needed help moving we thought that this company would be a good choice. They were quite expensive but we thought it would be worth it. The actual move out went relatively smoothly. The goods went into storage but here was where it went wrong. I was convinced I had made arrangements for return of goods a week later but the company didn't agree and said they couldn't return to goods for two weeks. This caused my sister vast distress as she has Alzeimers and didn't understand the position. When the goods finally arrived there was an access problem. I had explained twice where the house was positioned but the office in their wisdom had not told the driver any of this! All in all, I would never ever use this company again.
