I *can't* understand why they don't give shipping information. I have no clue when my product will arrive, today? A week? Month?.. I guess will sit and wait. Will edit my review after I receive any information.

Nice and sharp product

This is a delayed review but have been using the trimmer for months now. It鈥檚 solid. Works great.

The blade part broke and I tried to fix it but couldn鈥檛. Sent one email to support over the weekend and they immediately responded telling me they鈥檇 send another one. No questions asked.

The shaver was delivered in good time and there was a follow-up on my purchase, which does not happen all that often. The product itself is quite good and should keep me good to go for a long time. It is reassuring to know that should a question or problem develop, I can expect good customer support.

Great trimmers they are really sharp and paired with the T-head attachment gets you down nice and close to the skin. Battery life is so long I鈥檓 still yet to need a recharge. Have tried many other brands of trimmers Brio is by far the best. Worth the money.

Very easy to use! I can鈥檛 believe I鈥檝e had a beard for 3 years without it: Basically you can trim between the Barber and not have so much cut off when you go to the Barber.

Honestly, for me the product was a little pricey. All in all the Brio breadscape is by far the greatest grooming tool I have ever used! The breadscape is worth every penny spent! I use it to trim my facial hair and keep the sides of hair atop my head tight since I have very frizzy hair.

I love the display and how it cuts hair. Fantastic product! ***Update***The plastic coloring smeared because I guess there was rubbing alcohol on it. A magic eraser took care of the smear, and all is good! I would like to thank Brio customer support for reaching out here, which shows their dedication to making their customer's happy. I have also purchased their electric toothbrush, which is awesome as well! They will continue receiving my business.
