I made a small order of 12 white papr酶r via email. It took quite a few emails and days to arrange the order details and the papr酶r were already cut and made for me before we were done discussing the availabile sizes so I had g
to get papr酶r that were OK but not best in size. They were first sent to the wrong adress so it took a few extra days to get them delivered as well. Once I opened the package I discovered that two of the 12 items were not completely white – dirty and damaged. I wrote them about that and I was not offered replacements or refund for the two bad ones.
