First they send you an email to call them in order to agree on delivery date and time, which already really bad customer experience. Then you are desperately trying to reach them out but it is not possible! Then during the call you click to call you back and they are not calling you back for DAYS. Why even e-commerces partnering with you?

Bad service. Hard to book good time, so delivery gets postponed to more days than necessary! Slow, inefficient service that many times fails for various unclear reasons. Don't understand why so many shops and companies choose Bring as their delivery option, makes me want to just stop ever purchasing from them.

Send to wrong collect point
Really ridiculous to send to wrong place. And even I asked them to correct it, they replied it is not possible…
DO NOT CHOOSE BRING FOE YOUR PACKAGE. IT WILL SEND TO WRONG PLACE!!!!!!!!

Can not deliver package since they cannot find my adress which is correct, they will not deliver to a postal agent for me to pick it up.

It is therefor impossible for them to deliver packages to me.

Completly useless.

I recently bought an LG OLED C8 65" TV from TVexperten.com. At first i was really concerned about their logistics partner being Bring. They haven notoriously bad reviews, especially here on TrustPilot.

After 4 business days, i had the TV delivered to my home in Lidk枚ping. The driver was very professional and had previous experience with delivery within my area. Everything went smooth and i had no issues what so every with Bring.

The only thing worth mentioning is the fact that i didn't receive any conformation at all, not email or sms, about my package being sent from TVexperten. I suppose that's a flaw in Brings internal system or in their process.

Made the mistake of selecting them at checkout after an order, never again.
Books that we ordered were atleast 21 days late. And even then we had to call them and beg them to send the books already.

Sends packages to wrong delivery point 10KM+ away.
Excuses themselves by claiming the correct place is filled up and cannot handle more packages.
Finds a place really close that can receive the packages.
Need 10 days to move the package because Christmas so the package will likely be delivered after Christmas. One would think that knowing Christas is coming up some preparations would be good to do.
Charges us money for this service. Maybe they should do something else instead.

In the past month, I have had three separate deliveries scheduled and unfortunately, all of the companies used Bring as their only delivery option. All three were for work and none of the three showed up on time. I had to walk out of an important meeting to accept one of them that was 1.5 hours late and supposedly required me to personally accept it since it was from Sysembolaget. The delivery guy didn't even ask for my ID, so that was bull.

Another one was from IKEA and contained items that we were depending on receiving but at the moment they are saying that they "can't find the items" and "don't know when the delivery will be made but maybe in a few days". How is that a reasonable thing to say to a customer?

For two of the delayed deliveries, I had to talk to customer service and, oh man, were these people rude. I cannot understand how this company continues to exist. They don't do what they say they will do and then they treat their customers like total crap.

I have asked them to refund the delivery fee and each time they say that I have to contact the company I ordered from, which is frustrating since it was neither Systembolaget's nor IKEA's fault. Maybe companies will stop using Bring if we all demand our delivery fees back!

I wish it was easier to avoid them but so many places have only them as an option. I'd boycott if I could. They should be shut down.

Book a time and then they never deliver on that time. Really bad customer service. Unfortunately it is not all of us who can arrive an hour too late to our customer appointments. This is unacceptable especially as you are giving a time frame of 4 hours for delivery. Shape up!

This is a third time that I have gotten to use this company and all I can say is TERRIBLE. I have NEVER gotten NOTIFICATIONS that my packages have arrived. Not by e-mail, phone or letter. Every time I had to spend more than 60 min on phone to track my orders. I have no idea how they managing to keep business up.
The good part is that I have gotten my orders after all. I would never choose Bring as a delivery option, but unfortunately, some selling companies have contract with them and they are the only option that you get.
