They charge you 4.99 per use even if you just pay at the restaurant. Scam, avoid and just call the restaurant directly.

Bring Me That is nothing more than a scam. After placing one order with a local restaurant–which we picked up and paid for–we were charged an extra $9.95. Figuring we were not aware of the charge we paid that one.
Imagine our surprise when a recurring charge showed up on our credit card a month later–when we were out of town. Apparently, this "service" signs you up for this charge automatically. Not only that but they are unreachable except by email. Response to email?
An auto reply saying that this is "under review."

This is FRAUD!! SCAM!!!
Somehow they make a link to some restaurant's website.
Customers went to their website and made a deliver order and paid online to them. Then the restaurant got a call in deliver order from them. They never paid the restaurant anything. When the driver from the restaurant delivered the food to the door and asked the customer to pay, the customer said already paid to BRINGMETHAT. But the restaurant didn't get the money. Basically the just make a website and make a phone call to the restaurant.Then they take the money from the customer which the restaurant supposed to get. Horrible!!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!!!

Apparently this place pretends to be the restaurant, charges $5 and places the order for you. In my case they didn鈥檛 actually place the order which caused me a lot of trouble, so screw these guys.

This site is a scam. I know for a fact they are representing a particular restaurant that only takes orders by PHONE – NO ONLINE ORDERS!!!
This site takes your money online and then you arrive at the restaurant only to find out that your order has not been paid to the restaurant. DO NOT USE BRING ME THAT

First time user so wasn't sure of the ropes. When I got my receipt emailed I was concerned because one item, the main one, didn't read right. I got on the chat link, a rep. answered almost immediately, very nice, polite. She called the restaurant and straightened it out while I waited. Took a couple of minutes, all was good, including the food.

Our experience was totally wonderful. Everything was excellent. The food, handling of our order, and reception and attention at every step. PLUS – we were told it would be 45 minutes till delivery, and that is exactly how long it took.
We will repeat in a few days.

Horrible. Will continue to give bad ratings until I get my money back. They set up a scam website on a local restaurant in NC and then didn't deliver my order and are now saying they are only giving me the service fee back. Pathetic. And we're in the middle of a pandemic.

Easy app to navigate.
I entered my CC info when placing order to pay for charges and was surprised that when arrived to pick up my order, I had to pay again. Hope I do not get double charge. Following bank statements.
Meal is always delicious and enjoyed it very much.

Your meal was great. You sent me too much food and didn't charge me enough. According to my calculations the meal should have cost at least $30+ and you charged me $20. Something amiss here.

Seems like a scam. Placed an order with them last night -10 minutes later, still no confirmation email. I called the restaurant that I placed the order with and they were not familiar with the company. Then a woman with an Asian accent called from BringMeThat and said that the charge was going to be more than they had quoted online. It sounded shady. I asked her where she was located and she said Chicago. Meanwhile there were roosters crowing in the background. She was rude and when I tried to ask her more questions she became more irritated, said she would cancel the order, and hung up. I called my credit card company immediately and told them about this possible fraud.

Be aware of the scam this company is running. I used bringmethat.com once. About 2 weeks ago I discovered that they have been charging my credit card a $9.95 for 10 months. After I contacted them they claimed that when I made my only order from them I've apparently opted into BringMeThat Premium – a subscription service that allows users to pay a monthly fee of $6.95, $7.95, $8.95 or $9.95 rather than having to pay the service fee per order. I am sure I did not subscribed to a $9.95 monthly service fee to save $4.5 per order and I did not have an attention to use 鈥渘ever used for 10 months and kept charging me the fee鈥?

We were looking for a good pizza place in PV area, and concerned we were spoiled by one we like in Mesa. We needed a Gluten Free so took a chance on Guido's online, just down the street from us. Since there was not an option to build-your-own, we chose the Deluxe with instructions to add/remove items. We were both pleasantly surprised at how good they both were! Only the "extra sauce" for the GF was missing. Definitely will order from them again. One suggestion: it would be helpful to be able to save the order for next time.

Very confusing. Ordered through them, and got a missed call with a voicemail stating there's nobody to deliver. Ok cool. Let me check with the restaurant to see if I can get someone to pick it up. Restaurant has absolutely no knowledge of my order, and furthermore, no knowledge of bring me that. This worries me. So, I tell them to cancel my order all together, and refund my money. It's been 5 days, and I still don't have a refund. Be careful when ordering online!
