Very convenient way of getting quality, fresh meat delivered to your door quickly. My only dislike, which is unfortunately a requirement, are the ice packs that come in the package. I don't have a use for them and after a bunch of orders you end up with too many anyway. I feel bad about throwing them away. I wish there was a way to return them for reuse or there was a more ecofriendly way of keeping the meat cold.

My wife and I have placed only 2 orders. The second order had a mistake when delivering. We were short two chickens. I emailed the company and thought they would credit me. To our surprise the doorbell rang the next day and young lady from BHTB actually had driven all the way to Ladner to deliver the missing chickens. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? With service like this we will continue to order all our meats and recommend to all our friends. You are the best.
