I was on a quest to find a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for my wife for her birthday. I was running out of time so I called, and was connected to Jennifer Chiarello who helped me with my selection. I
needed to get a custom order completed and delivered in a week! I was a little worried that I wouldn't get it in time or I wouldn't be happy with the final product. However I received a very beautiful pair of diamond earrings, 1ct in a platinum setting that are truly gorgeous. The craftsmanship and the exquisite quality of diamonds far surpassed what I was finding here locally in Denver. I know my wife will love them on her Birthday. Not only was this GIA certified diamond less expensive than comparable stones I found on other sites and in other stores, they had wonderful customer service. Maegan personally followed up by text after I placed my order to see if there was anything else I needed, her business cards were included in my shipment, and she was very quick to respond when I needed a specific kind of appraisal for my jeweler鈥檚 insurance. It was SO nice to have one representative helping me throughout the whole process and not being bounced from one customer service rep to another. CJ Ohayon was that person. He went above and beyond with the team at Brilliance. I gave him a 1 week notice when other plan for months. He was in contact with me everyday through the process. My anxiety was through the roof having family come in from out of state. He assured me everything would arrive on time. That it did, on time and top quality. You can get a diamond from anywhere but it鈥檚 the service that comes with it. These are the people you want to work with on such a big step in your life. They provide honesty and reliability. Definitely recommend!

I was a little apprehensive about shopping online for a replacement engagement ring for my wife for our 40th anniversary. Over the years my wife had worn through her original engagement band. However, with the isolation of Covid where else could one shop for jewelry except online. Thus, I researched Brilliance鈥檚 on-line reviews including both the negative and positive reviews, and discovered the positive reviews far outweighed the negative 鈥?so I went shopping.

I paired a beautiful diamond with a wonderful engagement band. Prior to purchasing the set I asked questions through their online chat at approximately two in the morning with Chase who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with regards to the diamond, the stones in the ring and whether the diamond was the appropriate size for this ring. He also informed me about Brilliance鈥檚 return policy (30 days from the date of shipping) and resizing policy (up to 90 days) which are really pretty amazing. I don鈥檛 know of another company with chat support at two in the morning. Additionally, I asked if there were any discount codes, and Chase provided me with a discount code for the engagement band to use at check out. Nice touch! I was excited about the purchase.

Well not everything went perfectly as I could not log in to my account to check on the status of the ring or to go over the purchase. I went back and forth with the folks at Brilliance via chat for several days without any resolution. I was not only frustrated, but started to have buyer鈥檚 remorse about the purchase overall. Finally, I e-mailed my complaint regarding the account issue, and I spoke with Jonathon the next day and he had already fixed the account issue. More importantly after talking with Jonathon, I felt reassured that I had made the right decision to purchase through Brilliance. Jonathon鈥檚 passion for his business truly shined through our discussions and correspondence. If you have any issues I recommend you use e-mail for those communications. I am confident that if the complaint is reasonable, those issues will be resolved promptly.

The end result was that the ring arrived in a beautiful wooden case, which included a GIA certificate. But the only opinion that really matters was my wife鈥檚, and her comment was, 鈥淚 love my ring 鈥?it is stunning!鈥?Thanks Brilliance for bringing joy into one of the world鈥檚 most amazing women in this world, my wife. It is so appreciated. Great Job!
