I ordered on 16 Aug and received the product on 26 Aug it was much quicker than I expected. Quality of the product is also very good, the reason could be I had an exact specification made by an optician (Eye specialist-medical doctor). This might be key to order the products in Brille24 successfully. If I say something to be improved is the virtual fitting it was not very easy to get right idea how I look like. However it was muuuuuch better than the Charlie Temple site where initially I tried to shorten time to receive the product, the Charlie Temple fitting program was terrible, I had never been able to get right pictures so eventually I stopped. It turned out to be my luck because Brillen24 is much cheaper and can be quicker. 聽Thank you.

Horrible service and horrible quality.
First of all, when I ordered, I attached the prescription. After I paid, I received an email confirmation and later on another email confirming the details of the lenses they would order. I noticed the settings of the lenses were not correct according to the prescription, therefore i requested a change, which they did. Fortunately, I contacted them on time, if I hadn't noticed, they would have ordered from their factory incorrect lenses.
I was supposed to receive the frame within 2 weeks, but it took about 5 weeks to arrive as they explained to me they are made in and shipped from Thailand.
When I receive the frame, one lenses was not fixed on the frame and as I don't have any tools at home, impossible to fix them.
I informed them and asked to return those.
They didn't even apologize or offered a solution except that they will contact me within a few weeks that their office is open again so they can send me a return label. I asked them to send it to me by post because I don't have a printer. It's now more than 3 weeks I requested that, and I still haven't received anything by post to return those broken optical glasses.
I am really chocked about the bad quality of the service.
Regarding the frame itself, it's a scandal to even sell this kind of frame for medical purpose, the quality is really low, the plastic material, really soft and bents really easily. I have bought in stores like H&M, for less than 鈧?5 frames that are much better in term of quality. I definitely recommend people to stay away from this company and order their glasses from an actual shop where you can see the frames and get them within a week with much more services. Besides, the price offered by this company ends up really high if you had extra options, which at the end is equivalent to other stores in the Netherlands such as Pearl opticiens or Hans Anders as they always have offers for 2 pairs for the price of 1 or 50% off on full frame + lenses.

I ordered a pair of glasses and paid 40 extra to make them thin. They did not make them thin and customer contact telling me I can't tell myself if my glasses are thick or thin. Well… At least I can send them back… right?
Forget about it. You may only send them back if you send them an e-mail notification with the reason of the return. If they think the reason is not valid, you can't return your glasses. Well, you can… but you don't get your money back.

Some answers from customer service:
1. the website does not allow you to order thin glasses (well…)
2. You don't need thin glasses (well…)
3. You cannot tell the difference between thick or thin glasses (well… 22 years of prescription glasses, I CAN!)

Check Trustpilot BEFORE you buy form them.
