for that I needed to call the service center.
I tried to call them 6 times and all of them just hang up as soon as they can hear you are not a native German speaker and in the end simply don't answer the phone.
I speak B1 lever of German, which people seem to understand without that much problem(at least they understand what I'm trying to say unless it's a crazy idea).
I don't understand why anyone would hang up the phone as soon as he hears "Ich m枚chte meinen Termin 盲ndern" or "Sprechen Sie Englisch?"
I also sent them an email, saying I need to change my termin.
they wrote me back to call the service center.
I guess I gotta try again but for last 6 times nobody even tried to speak German or English with me and solve the problem.
so another attempt doesn't seem very promising but no other choice.
