was disappointed this afternoon at In Focus, a Brillen partner.
In focus told me that they do not accept vouchers.
I am a health care assistant. I get 拢19.99 voucher for eyes sight check up, which I don't usually pay because am diabetic but would give it freely.
Also I have 拢55 voucher towards any pair of glasses.
I said instead of paying 拢239 from pocket, I can save at least 拢55. But In Focus staff told me for that 拢55 voucher he can give me a special frame.
He said they do not accept vouchers towards glasses. They want NHS staff to pay from their pocket. We do not want 'just clapping hands'
We want discounts. Thanks

I am extremely satisfied and happy with the partner optical that Brillen has with Arcadia Optometry! Dr Chan was fast and efficient and took all necessary eye exam and explained thoroughly. All staff were courteous and friendly. Frames were pretty and light . Can't wait to receive them soon! My Husband got his eyeglasses first and it took me a year before I did and I am glad I did!

The location was easy to find. The entire place was impeccable..The intake person at the desk was very attentive and helpful. The doctor was very thorough. All in all I enjoyed my visit. Social distancing not a problem as this place is very spacious and tastefully decorated.

A great experience at Bear Creek optical. The service was great ,I got a full examination and Eyes dilated. Given plenty of time to pick the frames I liked after trying on a number of frames. They were every Covid cautious and cleaned each frame I tried on. Every professional service. I would recommend Bear Creek Optical to anyone needing glasses. Joe Rubalcava

Ordered two pair of glasses. One came out great even though they took more than 4 x's the amount of time to be delivered then advertised. That is 5 weeks rather than 10days!
I had to immediately reject the second pair because the lens were not correctly shaped to order.
After ONE MORE MONTH and two frustrating calls from me to customer service why it was taking so long I received the remake which is in even worst condition than the pair I returned. They really also need to work on their customer service attitude, i.e. listening skills, and coming up with a plan to fix problems rather than rolling out a sales pitch to justify their incompentence.
Also heads up very limited choice of frames with their offers.
The two stars are actually for the Optometrist Dr. White who took excellent care of me, and not Brillen.com.

The selection of glasses for the Brillen offer were great. Lots of nice frames to choose from and you can't beat the price that was offered.

My experience with brillen.com and their partner Dr. Bruce Colton, Murphy TX of Bright Eyes Vision Clinic was amazing! The offer I received fro brillen to use at Dr. Colton's office was the best offer I've had for my optometry needs especially when people can't afford insurance. Thank you so much and I am very grateful for everyone's services.

Very disappointing experience. Brillen.com employs fourth class opticians to represent them.

But my biggest gripe with Brillen.com is that they use bait-and-switch tactics to get you in the door starting with their website. They say that you have access to "hundreds" of frame styles, instead, at best, you get to choose from about twenty. For me, I wasn't able to get frames which truly fit my face. I ended up by having to pick out a frame style by default that I really could not fall in love with. The lenses on my prescription were faulty and ground incorrectly on my tri-focal prescription. They claimed on their website that their "revolutionary technology" allows 30% more vision on the sides. Instead, I got glasses where the middle vision "hot spot" were only in the middle. When driving and in traffic, the sides are fuzzy. Trying to get an appointment with my local optician to correct the error was a major effort as well.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that this offer came to my attention my new glasses are so nice this was the first new pair of glasses I have been able to get in the last 4.5 years because they are so expensive. Please if your having any misgivings about this being true and a real offer it IS and the Price ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I was completely dissatisfied with your service. So was the vendor who stated they would probably stop using you. I wasted 2 hours of my day. Paid $7.00 for parking for a wasted appointment. I had been told when I asked that poly carbonate lens were included in the offer. Not true! Extra $70.00. I was also told an eye exam would be included. Not true!
$90.00. I left feeling I had been sold a bag of goods.
You called me, texted and emailed many times to assure I was committed to the appointment. Your a sales organization that seems to me will say and do anything to sell the appointment. I have put you on my do not call list.

The ad online says "$169 guaranteed total price" for an eye exam, progressive lenses, a warranty and $80 brillen.com frame. I opted in. They sent me an email stating $129 for the above but no mention of an eye exam. The optometrist they use told me $105 for an eye exam making it $234. When I contacted them they sent me an email with a pdf stating $169. Today (one day before the appointment) they emailed me a new pdf stating $249. I contacted them they told me they would send me a coupon code for 25% off. $249 – 25% = $186.75 Still more than $169. I don't want to draw any conclusions and open myself up to a liable suit but I have a lot of questions for this company. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service great quality variety of frames to choose from. They answered all my questions went over all my options. I'm excited to get my new glasses.

I bought sunglasses from Brillen and they are great! They fit well and I actually like them better than my normal prescription glasses that cost more. They don't have a 1000 frames, but I was able to find some cute ones that fit well. I would recommend.

Really liked the frames and service, to bad the pandemic blew in and was unable to get my prescription renewed.

I was surprised and totally impressed. Great selection of stylish frames for the cost $129. I bought 3 pairs of progressive glasses. One pair was sun glasses.I picked them up and they fit perfect. No problems. You cannot beat the price!! I received compliments on my glasses. The staff at After Hours Optical Inc. San Antonio, Texas was awesome.

These are an excellent value. I've purchased two pairs and both have been great. The lenses are clear and fully functional. They have a nice selection of frames to choose from. I picked a tortoiseshell on my last pair and I've gotten several compliments. They fit well on my face. A terrific value for the price!

I took a chance on a Facebook ad and signed up with Brillen.com for discount progressives. Their closest partner optician was Davich Optical. I made the appointment and went in on a Sunday! Super impressed with the shop, staff and Dr Chen! He was extremely personable. Took a good amount of time working me through the tests and we definitely dialed it in. He showed me my current and new prescription, 1 or 2, and I was blown away!
No pressure sales, calm doctor even though the shop was super busy. Love the Brillen frame styles so I added a little color to my life and settled on red ones. Got my new glasses in 3 weeks all at less than half the price I last paid. When I picked up the new specs I even turned in my old frames for these new lenses. Super Stoked!
