I loved contour cosmetics from the beginning. I bought my first contour kit when it was brand new on market and not as much famous as it鈥檚 now. I鈥檝e waited for a big sale so I ordered a lot of stuff and now waiting for it to arrive. I am exited to try prism and the rocks.

I have purchased a number of items from Contour Cosmetics on three different occasions and each time have been more than pleased with the quality of products, service and prompt delivery.

On one occasion I received a small cosmetic Bag that was damaged slightly, this was resolved promptly via email with a replacement received within 24 hours.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Contour Cosmetics!!

I placed a order 3/1/17 package didn't arrive until 3/17/17. I had to email customer service to get my tracking number which I think should have been given to me after it was shipped. But anyway Elle responded back to me very quickly and was very helpful. Will be ordering again.

the colours in this palette are all gorgeous. Really good for day or night.

I ordered this after seeing a tutorial on Instagram and fell in love with the beautiful pink shades. I ordered it immediately. Once arrived, the palette box was dented and some of the shadows had already started flaking. Not a big deal. After trying the shadows though, I was thoroughly disappointed. The pigment was poor and the texture was grainy at best. Did not blend well at all and even with primer or essential oils added, the pigment was ghostly. This product was definitely not worth the price and I would not recommend this ever. I will not be purchasing again.

It's my first time with contour cosmetic I have been following their insta account for quite a while. I purchased spot light pallet and two brushes from their website on 25 deb. When sent an email on 26 asking about how many days would it take to deliver the items , I was informed that the pallet was still out of stock and will be available in couple of days and only then the shipment will leave for delivery which would take another 7-10 days.
Since i didn't receive any any further update I sent a follow up email on 2march but their was no response form the customer service team. A separate mail was sent again on 3 March and I am still waiting for their responce.
It's been 8 days since the time of purchase and I was very excited. But now I am worried if my items will leave for delivery soon or not.
