Bought tickets to Bring Me The Horizon back in September 2018, concert was in Feb 2019. Got the tickets in the email, but did not find out that the concert had been canceled due to the lead singer damaging his vocal cords until we showed up for the concert. Made sure to read on their website that I would be refunded since the band canceled. Since then, I have emailed multiple times and sent multiple FB messages, only to receive no reply or refund. There鈥檚 no number to call either. I鈥檝e lost out on $200 for two tickets to a concert we didn鈥檛 get to attend. Awful company.

Bought a tickets and never got a confirmation, no emails, no answers, no responds.
No information, just these dont worry emails.
Dont buy anything from them, it is really a bunch od criminals.

i already received the tickets. There is no problem until now.
but i think the price is a little expensive. i hope it gets a bit cheap.

I would like to say about service of concert with me as the best service in UK. I always receive any tickets next day without any delay. Moreover, I get on my e-mail the information about main events near my city and I know where the next concert of my favourite artist will be placed. There is no just a service, it's my own place of entartainmet! I really appreciate the customer service and all tickets will by only with Concert With Me. Thank you guys, for our happiness!

I got last minute tickets on the AM of the concert at 56% cheaper than the original price of the tickets from two months ago.

Purchased tickets in October 2017 for a show in August 2018. They had my $1700 for 10 months but never produced the tickets. I started emailing way earlier, but two days out I was still getting their standard "don't worry" email. They finally came through the morning of the show by offering me tickets in another section. Only buy from these guys if you can get the tickets right away, don't fall for the fine print of getting your tickets later.

Way over priced, I made the mistake of ordering tickets through this site before checking the Band's website. And paid double what the tickets were going for on the band's Web page. Highly disappointed, I will never use this site again. do your research before purchasing.

Super fast and easy to order my tickets. They sent me an IM minutes after my purchase to verify my address, which my phone had auto filled incorrectly and I didn't notice. They were very friendly and responded within minutes, assuring me they would correct my address.
