The site tweaking.com seems to offer support and service amongst which the instant supply of a lost Licensing ID for software purchases is offered.
After weeks of requesting the company (which does exist) for my Licence ID to be sent both they and their current sales agent have not replied and any repeat requests are ignored. This is deliberate fraud of course and I hope that anyone about to use this company's software will think twice before purchasing their work. The program installed three years ago suddenly refused to start one day and asked for the Licence ID which no longer showed. The program sits useless and the damage done to the machine is final. Please do not be caught by this set of scammers – it will cost you more than money, with no sign of honesty or the promised redress. If they were banned from trading it would not be too soon. There no is excuse for fraud except retribution.

I am writing because of the deeply unsatisfactory company鈥檚 customer service procedures that I am constantly still having to endure from PNC Bank.
I have a car loan from your company beginning from January 2018 at 7.09% and have requested numerous times to refinance at a lower rate and was denied every time, though I鈥檝e NEVER been late on my payments and also apply more payments than the required monthly amount.
I transferred monies from my Bank of Am credit card to pay down this PNC loan at a lower interest rate. That transfer of $4200 was processed on January 24, 2020 from Bank of America to my PNC Bank car loan.
January 31, 2020, I contacted the PNC Loan Dept to reverse that payment for it wasn't a sound long term financial decision. The PNC representative replied that I would have to wait until the $4200 was posted to my car loan account before the reversal can begin.
February 5, 2020, I contacted your Loan Dept and the representative said it would take up to 10 business days to process the $4200 loan payment reversal and refund a check.
Through out the ENTIRE month of Feb. I was given various types of deceptive lies about my loan refund.
I submitted ALL of the required verified documentations and STILL haven't received my $4200 check to repay my credit card.
Then in March, Kai Winston of the PNC Retail Escalation Dept. required more documents and said that it will take 5-10 business days for me to receive my $4200 check so that I can return this check and resolve my Bank of America account situation.
It needs to be MENTIONED that during this PNC Bank financial fiasco, I鈥檝e continued to pay my PNC car loan and the Bank of America $4200 loan advance and continue TO DO SO.
The month of April is the same nonsense. We are now in May..Still NO REFUND CHECK.

What do I do if my product is faulty?
At ALDI, we never want a faulty product, but unfortunately this happens from time to time. Many of our Special Buys come with a manufacturer's warranty that can last for one or more years. ALDI recommends that If you experience a fault or defect with a product that has a manufacturer鈥檚 warranty, you can contact the manufacturer鈥檚 helpline for assistance. The number is stated on the packaging and paperwork included with your product and on the product itself. You are also entitled to return to your local ALDI store with the faulty product and acceptable proof of purchase for an alternative remedy.
So I would like to direct you to the last line again, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO RETURN THE ITEM TO ALDI
This is in fact a lie, I can not return it to Aldi, they also dont want to speak directly to me or hear my complaint. They just sent me an email stipulating I had to go ahead with the fault process throught the manufacture team!
I then get a call from the repair team, all of a sudden a day after they said they couldnt get the part…a part had turned up! So I was sceptical, as you can imagine and asked about the part being New and if it came with a warranty if they were putting it in. They could not say either way, so I asked for a refund. I was over the whole process, it has been 4 months since my original complaint and I am still being stuffed around with the repair, the refund etc.
Under Consumer Law it states:
Item should be Free from Defects. If the failure is not major, you are also entitled to a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe or a refund if a repair or replacement is not feasible.
In a reasonable timeframe! 4 months is not a reasonable timeframe!
A major failure is defined as:
The goods are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit, within a reasonable time;
– A reasonable customer would not have bought the goods had they known there was a fault/defect; or
– The goods are unsafe.
All of these relate to what has happened with my product, so call in a major failure or a non major failure, I should have been given a refund and yet I still cant even get it repaired!
They told me they would escalate my refund request to the internal team. They just said NO, without even speaking with me! What a joke!

Complaints have been filed recently again with Tribunal, BBB, Ombudsman,
and our Premier has been contacted.
Nelligan O鈥橞rien Payne LLP has commenced a class action against BlackBerry
Limited (鈥淏lackBerry鈥? on behalf of a group of BlackBerry鈥檚 employees
working in Ontario and across Canada.
BlackBerry arranged to transfer over 300 employees across Canada to a
business partner. Only after employees accepted employment with the
business partner, BlackBerry informed the employees that they had resigned
their employment. Blackberry provided resignation letters for the employees
to sign and dictated their last date of employment. Blackberry stated that
the transfer is not a sale of business, meaning the employees will lose all
of their years of service.
BlackBerry鈥檚 actions amount to a termination of the employees鈥?employment.
This entitles these employees to statutory, common law, and/or contractual
entitlements on termination. BlackBerry has stated that it will not pay
BlackBerry employees any of these entitlements, despite the fact that
employees lose all of their years of service.
BlackBerry has breached its duties of good faith and honesty, and has
knowingly misled the employees. BlackBerry structured this transaction in
such a way as to avoid paying these employees their statutory entitlements.

I applied for financing. They ask for a processing fee. Before approving my request, via an ACH Debit to my bank account, they prematurely withdrew the processing fee of $495.00. I also applied for financing elsewhere and they approved by application sooner than PCF. Thus, I canceled my request with them and ask for a refund of my $495.00. That was back on 11-21-18. To this date, 12-20-18, they have not yet returned my $495.00. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

LEGISLATION –
Unauthorised payments from your account
First published: 18/04/2016 Last updated: 13/01/2018
In most circumstances, your bank must refund you for an unauthorised payment. Find out what your rights when money is taken from your account without your permission.
Money can only be taken from your account if you have authorised the transaction.
If you notice a payment out of your account that you did not authorise, you should contact your bank immediately.
If you did not authorise a particular payment you can claim a refund.
In most cases the bank must refund the payment without undue delay and by the end of the business day following the day on which it became aware of the problem, unless it has reasonable grounds for suspecting that you have acted fraudulently.
Your bank may ask you to answer some questions and fill out a form confirming what has happened, but it cannot delay your refund while it waits for you to return the form.
You should be aware that deliberately making a false claim that a payment was unauthorised is fraud and your bank could report it to the police.
