I have travelled to both Istanbul and Bodrum for dental and surgical procedures with Comfortzone. The staff at these clinics are unbelievable and cannot do enough for you. My results have always been amazing and the care whilst in the villas post op is second to none. The staff are so lovely and they cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend.

My experience at Comfort Zone was amazing.

I was referred to them by my botox lady that advised that i should stop getting nose filler and get my nose done instead. Nose fillers after a long period of time can causes serve damages to the nerves on the nose, the brain, and in some cases lead to blindness.

I reached out to the company over there social media account, instagram. Since then its been a smooth transition from asking my initial questions, to flying, making my payment, and under going the surgery.

I thought the post recovery would be tough considering i travelled all the way from Vancouver to Istanbul by myself. But it was a breeeeze. The nurses here are like angels and the patients are dolls.

The meet with the surgeon was quick yet informative. He was able to answer to my needs and share realistic expectations of what i was idolizing for nose.

I would definitely come back if i were to get anything els done.

My BBL experience at Comfort Zone Istanbul鈥ㄢ€ㄢ€?br />

I was following Comfort Zone for a while on Instagram etc and was impressed by the results, but also saw a lot of negative reviews on the internet about the clinic, so I was not sure what to do. After a lot of research I still decided to go there.鈥↖ contacted them for an appointment and few days later I was already flying to Istanbul. The conversation was so easy and they responded very fast.鈥ㄢ€?br />

I'm telling you, from the first moment I went out of the airport and got picked up by the driver from Comfort Zone, I felt safe. When I arrived at the villa, Kelvin was the first who welcomed me with open arms. In the evening I went to the hospital for the blood tests and Ozzy took so much time to explain everything to me in detail, because as I said I was very afraid of this surgery but he took all my fears away. 鈥?br />

The next day in the morning I saw Dr. Kerim, I showed him the pictures of what I want and he was very friendly and so calm, so I really felt so safe and wasn鈥檛 even scared anymore. The consultation was very fast, BUT I saw that Dr. Kerim knew what he was doing and Ozzy already answered all my questions the day before and gave me the best advices.鈥ㄢ€?br />

So next day in the morning I went in the surgery room and when I woke up the first thing I saw was a nurse, so friendly and asking me how I feel and if I need something. 鈥═he pain level was like 3/10 ( no joke) and when I had to stay up the next day it hurt me little bit while walking because of the drainage, but also on a scale it was 5/10.鈥ㄢ€?br />

After 1 day in the hospital I went to the Comfort Zone recovery villa, where there were also other girls who had done surgery and in every recovery villa there were nurses who took care of us 24/7. They cook very nice food for you, bring you everything you want and also ask every few hours if everything is ok. The villa is very clean, modern and of course you get your own room. 鈥ㄢ€?br />

For me the best thing was that I wasn鈥檛 alone after the surgery and had always someone around me.鈥ㄢ€?br />

I really do not understand the negative reviews, because for me its definitely not a problem to use the translator for the nurses sometimes because people should not forget that we are in Istanbul and it鈥檚 not their main job to speak perfect English. If I didn鈥檛 understand something I used the translator and the problem was solved. Dr. Kerim and Ozzy speak perfect english so you can ask them everything you want to know. 鈥ㄢ€?br />

Another thing I read was that only celebrities like Influencers, Models etc get treated special and normal people not, and this is also not true. I am doing Reality Tv Shows and have followers on Instagram and got treated like everybody else here.鈥ㄢ€?br />

My results are PERFECT and I can鈥檛 thank Comfort Zone team enough for their work. I will definitely come back in summer for breast implant correction and I can recommend them 100% to everyone who wants to get something done but is afraid of the pain etc. 鈥↖ hope with this I can help some people who are worrying about the negative reviews because I can tell from my own experience it's not true. I flew there for my first ever surgery, BBL, and my partner for a hair transplant. As you know, the operation abroad and the first one is quite a lot of stress, but from the moment we left the plane, when the driver picked us up, the stress disappeared. Nothing interested us, everything was taken care of immediately for us, the tests, transport to the place, transports from the airport, to the villa, to the hospital, wherever we wanted. The driver is on call. I have never experienced such intensive care. In the villa and in the hospital, you do not wait more than 2 minutes for a nurse. People are very nice and very helpful. Professional care. I myself work as an HCA and look after people, so I have a comparison. Comfortzone and the hospital are two separate places that cooperate with each other. Comfortzone as a travel agency and post-operative care is 100% professionalism for me. I am a very demanding person and they met my expectations 100%. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have plastic surgery in Turkey.

I can鈥檛 even begin to express how badly this company ruined my life I first went in 2018 for a boob job I was an B cup very small petite person Under 9 stone and 5鈥? an they threw 800cc in me I woke up and felt like my chest was on fire it was hell for months I had to return and they gave me 500CC I woke up strapped to the bed naked by my wrists in the hospital theatre with no underwear on they made me walk across the theatre infront of all men onto another trolley I was humiliated and frightened my temperature began to spike to 42 and the manager OZZY fed me a load of XANNEX then told me he didn鈥檛 care an I needed to get on my flight home I had caught nercrotic sepsis an lost my implant and part of the underneath of my boobs in currently saving up to get my self fixed these are a horrible manipulative bunch of thieves I absolutely urge any girl not to go anywhere near them I never thought it would happen to me and it happens to me twice there!!!!

Coming over from another country is always stressful, but the comfort zone team are truly amazing. They lea you all the way travelling to and from, they're so nice with patients and anyone that accompanies their client. From taxi drivers, to doctors, they are all so welcoming and loving. I would really want to thank my doctor Dr.Karim he is the sweetest and most educated surgeon one can ever find, he is very understanding and very reassuring. He took care of me before the operation and after, he kept checking on me and my mum constantly. Back at the villa everyone is so lovely, i just wish i could take the staff back home with me! A special thank you to Ozzy and Helin!! Kalvin for being so supportive and trustworthy, he takes care of everyone, always on his feet reaching out to us to help everyone with everything. I travelled all the way from Australia for my rhinoplasty, fox eye and buccal fat removal by dr.Kerim, I was very nervous to say the least as it was my first time having surgery… but Dr.Kerim had a very calm nature about him that made it easy to trust him. My experience at comfort zone was welcoming, warm and safe everyone was so supportive from the staff to the patients…i second everything in previous comment by Aseel. A special Thank you to Ozzy, and Calvin for being supportive and never making you feel uncomfortable, Christina is super friendly and helpful happy to answer any of your questions and concerns…. and the warmest thank you to all the carers and nurses in particular Nurse Amy and Nurse Nilay… they are absolute angels there at your beck and call almost 24/7. Highly recommend Comfort Zone I wouldn鈥檛 go anywhere else. Very happy with my results/transformation so far.

The best care I have ever received, they really did go over and beyond, no hiccups no disappointment no confusion. They say you get what you pay for but I definitely got A* treatment. I love how there鈥檚 nurses around the clock to always help too and in the villa you are like one big family. I will miss everyone a lot!

There are no words to describe how friendly and ptofossional everyone was then as soon as we landed at the airport, first Emra who drove us in the middle of the night, then ozzy waiting for us on site at 2 in the middle of the night. He stayed so late just to receive us and welcomed us, he did not have to. Then the biggest big big big wordless gratitude to Kelvin the person in charge on site at CZ without him it would not have worked he was really a great help. Kelvin made sure that everyone is happy, and gets what they needed. Happly a he comes to each one of us to say good morning and asks about how we slept and what we want to eat and make it happen. And nurse Nilay and Amy are truly like angels, all the staff was really caring and listening to everyone and did what they could to ease the pain and fear. Quite simply, it was a wonderful experience.i have never met so many people and all of them are so kind all of them, we have been treated like queens here. My doctor was Kerim he is very good at what he does, he does many operations every day. but I did not like my consultation I didnt get the time I needed. I did the nose and it did not feel right when my consultation was only a few minutes before my surgery, my sister did the stomach and BBL and got enough time. But not me, not the way it should be. But the both of us are happy now it's the 5 th day, I will recommend CF highly for the unik service and the wonderful people and the nice and comfortable villas we have here and the highly hygiene.

I just wanted to say a bit thanks for having me I came here alone first time to get my BBL done this December. This was my first time travelling to turkey and I鈥檝e only ever had one other surgery but I鈥檝e not felt alone for one minute at Comfortzone. The nurses and the carers have been amazing and so has dr kerim he was very humble and kind and I loved them all so much I鈥檓
Sad to be leaving I鈥檝e been looked after so well. The nurses, carers and doctors speak English or use translator apps so there is never an issue with communication and they never rush you or make you feel uncomfortable or anything. Nothing is ever too much for them. When you want to go somewhere they ask their drivers to take you, and collect you. If you are a fussy eater they can order you a take away or offer options with what they cook for you. It has just been a brilliant experience from start to finish here

I had my BBL surgery on 2nd of December and I have to say I'm very pleased with the results so far and the entire experience.
First day I arrived I felt a little bit nervous about the surgery but everyone at Comfort Zone made me feel at home, the energy was so positive and welcoming.
Helin & Ozzy, thank you for your support and for planning everything perfectly from A to Z, for being around all the time and making sure that I was properly looked after.
Amy, Naz, Mehmet and Furkan, thank you for having so much patience with me, each one of you is very special and you all do such a great job! I鈥檓 not going to lie, the first few days were difficult but with everyone鈥檚 support, it made it all so much easier. The massages, even though they were painful at first, they helped me a lot and made me feel so much better, I totally recommend them.
A big thank you to Kelvin who was there on the night shifts, I have to say, I had a lot of fun playing games in the evening while everyone else was sleeping hehe馃槄.
And of course, a big thank you to to all the ladies who are in charge of the cooking and cleaning. They work very hard and are always polite and helpful. They spoiled me with yummy breakfasts in bed, as I always slept till late in the mornings.
The drivers are very punctual and always at your needs which I found very professional.
I am so greatful to my surgeon, Dr. Kerim. He listened very carefully to my wishes and delivered beyond my expectations! I am sure I'll be very pleased with the results once I heal properly.
The whole experience teaches you to be patient and to listen to your body because it鈥檚 a process that you have to be prepared for but overall, it鈥檚 totally worth it! I also thought it was very helpful to connect with people that were in the same situation as me and share experiences 馃槉

My first time at Comfortzone honestly has been amazing, Dr Kerim is a very caring doctor and came to check up on me several times after surgery, I absolutely love my results I have had Lipo, BBL, Implants and uplift, nose and lip lift, I was a bit worried as I was getting quite a lot of work done but everything has been great the nurses and staff at the villa are amazing, they can鈥檛 do enough for you I have been well looked after and would 100% come back if I was to ever get surgery again. The atmosphere and meeting new people who have also had surgery has been really lovely I have met some amazing people, had lots of laughs and am actually sad that it鈥檚 time to go home tomorrow, overall I made the right decision choosing Comfortzone to have my surgery, my whole experience has been amazing.

Comfort zone have the best aftercare team around. Mehmet, amy and all the nurses were fantastic. Im a nurse in ireland and ive got to say the care couldnt be better here in comfortzone. I have to also mention ozzy and The managment team they really made sure we were well looked after before during and after procedures definately would recommend these guys 100%.

Couldn鈥檛 fault comfort zone one bit, the nurses and staff go above and beyond to help you. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome from the second you walk through the door. I was in ALOT of pain after my BBL surgery (which is normal obviously) they make sure you keep on top of your pain relief and vitamins, cook you nice healthy food, and even though they deal with hundreds of patients and their job is repetitive they are still so sympathetic and make you feel special. Naz was especially helpful she helped me get changed, cleaned me, massages me so gently, she saw every inch of me but I didn鈥檛 once feel uncomfortable haha! I鈥檒l be sad to leave tomorrow but I will 100% come back if I have any surgery in Istanbul again. I will be recommending comfort zone to everyone 🙂

First of all I want to just say the Patient co-ordinator Helen, was absolutely amazing. She had to deal with me keep changing dates and flights and all my back and fourth decisions. She was so patient and understanding and never complained once although I probably gave her quite abit of headache. On arrival I was greeted and picked up by a lovely man who then drove me to the comfort zone surgery itself. He was very polite, helped me with my luggage and made sure I was happy. Once I arrived at the comfort zone villa I was then greeted by Mehmet who is so friendly and amazing and made sure I settled in nicely, he showed me to my room made sure I felt content, made sure I had eaten. I was then told I had my first consultation which was with the CEO ozzy, he made sure I knew everything that was going to happen step by step and also was very welcoming. Ozzy and his team are amazing and have done nothing but made sure I felt safe and comfortable. It is one day post op and I still feel content and very happy and safe. I highly recommend the comfort zone and if I plan to ever have any surgery or aesthetics done again along the line I will definitely be returning.

I went to Comfort Zone in Oct 2020 for Vaser Lipo and had a great experience. From booking 6 weeks before and all the information provided upfront to being dropped off at the airport to come home. The whole package you pay for is really worth the money. I'd read a lot of reviews before going so was prepared. I watched the documentary Sun, Sea and Surgery on All 4 too which helped. I was more nervous about flying alone for the first time than anything else but I had been so reassured by the team. You can take someone with you but I knew I'd rather be alone when recovering.

I knew the villa rooms do not have TV's but do have WIFI so I took my Macbook with me. I knew the English wasn't going to be the best so had the Google Translate app at the ready. The care you receive from the Nurses at the Hospital and villa is amazing. I felt very safe in their care. The Surgeon was great when I spoke with him. He then see me numerous times after the surgery to check on me. I was very faint after my surgery so they kept me at the Hospital for an additional night. The Hospital and recovery villa were both very clean and nice. Everyone was lovely and helpful and always on hand.

My results are looking great so far but still have some swelling as it's only been 7 weeks and it's expected up till 3 months. I was given all the aftercare information and medication. I am very happy I chose to go with Comfort Zone and promised myself I would write a review after to help others considering going but are unsure.

Side Note – There were a few little things that could be improved but overall it was great. I'd highly recommend.

Travelling abroad alone for surgery can be quite scary and you don鈥檛 really know what to expect.I had done my research and decided to go with Comfort Zone. From the minute I got there I felt at ease and comfortable. The villas are very clean and spacious. The nurses go above and beyond to make sure your ok, your eating, taking medication that鈥檚 needed and helping you get dressed. The surgeon Dr.Kerim was very professional and made sure I understood all my options and what was achievable. I had bbl and boobs done with Dr.Kerim and I couldn鈥檛 be happier with my results I feel so much more confident in every way. I would recommend Comfort Zone, The surgeon Dr.Kerim and I would definitely go back if I was to get anything else done.

travelling to a different country for surgery I wasent quite sure how safe it was but I decided to go with it!

I'm nearly 3 weeks post op 360 lipo & tummy tuck.
Comfort Zone's service surprised me beyond belief. I had read some bad reviews but chose them because my sister in law and her friends had used them over the years with no complaints.
I felt at ease from the moment I met the driver at the airport. The other ladies that were being picked up were lovely and we quickly formed a bond.
The villa was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The nurses were phenomenal; Naz, Amy, Mehmet & Fukan. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Supported us pre and post op with everything.
The wifi and facilities were excellent.
The surgeon, Dr Kerim & the staff at the hospital were very professional and helpful.
Yes there were some language barrier, but eh, English isn't their 1st language. They all knew how to use the google translate app which made things so much easier.
My only criticism is that distribution of information should be more structured, so that everyone gets a full understanding of their aftercare and what's expected of them.
I recommend Comfort Zone and would go back if I ever need anything else done.

I had the most amazing experience with comfortzone, nurses always there when you needed them, never any issues, all the staff were lovely and could not be any nicer or helpful. Defo recommended them for a comfortable experience before, during and after surgery.

The recovery house was so clean, healthy meals. Staff all very friendly. Nurse Naz is so helpful and kind and speaks very good English. Nurse Mehmet is so helpful too. I was in so much pain and they helped take me out of my faja and shower and put it back on every day. I would recommend.

I arrived not knowing what to expect in a different country and having surgery . I shouldn鈥檛 have been worried. From been greeted at the airport with a driver who showed his ID this made me feel safe , I then arrived at the villa and was instantly introduced to ozan the manager , we discussed the process , payment and he was happy to answer any questions and share information regarding the company that I had . The staff are always around should you need any help or have questions , even if language barriers may happen they have the technology of translate on phones ect . The food is lovely and fresh and constantly asking if you want a drink , food or whether your in pain . I have met some lifelong friends who have shared the experience with me , you never feel judged or treated any differently whether your a elder person or a young celebrity . All the staff help if you ask for help no matter what the time of day . I will definitely come back in the future for more treatments and 100% recommended . Ignore the negative comments as we all have our own unique journey and mine has been a wonderful memory that I will have for life every time I look in the mirror and see my new breast, this will change my confidence forever . Amazing experience. After hearing some bad reviews and being In a foreign country I was a bit sceptical however I have had a great experience with my breast uplift and implants. I was picked up and dropped off at airport and all appointments by a driver and everyone made me feel welcome when arriving. The CEO of the company was also so helpful with any questions or problems. Cannot fault any of the staff they are all lovely and so helpful and will do anything you need. Always offering food and drink and checking you鈥檙e okay, I also made some amazing friends with the other patients and we all helped to make each other feel better. Would 100% recommend to come here
