March 11, 2017 I ordered a Lip Color offered to pay shipping of $5.99…my card was charged and I never got the lipstick.

Bought a few products only to not receive them, checked the tracking info and my package was supposedly delivered to a completely different state!! Now I haven't heard from anybody and my attempts to get ahold of someone has been ignored!!

They advertise a free lipstick on Facebook, you pay the shipping and handling fee and then they send your order number to your Facebook messenger telling you if you have any questions please feel free to contact them here. This is a scam.

I ordered two mascaras and I have got nothing, the there site was closed down right after I ordered and I haven't been able to even contact them.

I was contacted via Facebook to try out their cosmetics. After purchasing the cosmetic, I attempted to contact them, I was told via services that noone was available and then I was block.

Paid for several items that were 49.95 total taking from my account. Received a tracking number and it isn't even coming to my address. Facebook messenger is the only contact I have had and just today they blocked my messages!

I ordered foundation and 2 lip glosses and was only supposed to pay for shipping. $5.99 and $13.97. I placed to orders and immediately the money was taken out and I got a fb message saying my order was received and if I had questions contact them there. When I try to send a message, it says they are not available because they are offline or have closed the account and I can't contact them. I sent emails and got nothing back. The order number does not work. Shipping method in the email only says "shipping". I called the number on my bank statement and it doesn't even say a company name. It just says "thanks for calling, press 0 to speak to a rep." When you press 0 it keeps saying invalid selection. It's been 6 days.

They took my money with no intention to fill my snd thousands of others orders, sent fake tracking info to make me think it was misdelivered to another state. Mine so called delivered to South Carolina when my shipping address clearly states Texas.

I ordered couple of Lipsticks since May 22ND 2017 at rate of $19.95 they gave me one track number which the track number claimed invalid l have emailed them severally but no reply no phone number to contact them except on Facebook messenger that they will not reply l need their contact to collect my orders or money

I ordered some products online. Received confirmation message. Tried to message & email them asking what was going on with my order. Multiple attempts. No response. Tracking number will not work.. they also took the money out of my account immediately.

This company will send you the wrong products if they even bother to send you any at all. They have NO way to contact them other than am email address that they do not respond to. Go look up their facebook profile to see NUMEROUS complaints similar to mine.

This company is advertising on social media some makeup products as their own. I ordered a couple of lipsticks from them. On Monday my bank called me because of unusual activity on my card. I did some research on it and came to the conclusion this is where it came from. I checked the social media page and noticed a lot of people were complaining about being charged and not receiving the product. I received one lipstick on Tuesday that was the brand they were advertising as free just pay shipping deal. Shipping was $5.99 which I thought was not a bad price for a pretty hard to find color. It was not the color I ordered at all. The package came from China Alliexpress.com China. Popfeel lipsticks. This company takes your credit card info uses it to order a cheap lipstick that is less than $2 and uses your card to buy other stuff for themselves. The second sticker from USPS has alivava.com instead of Aliexpress.com on the China sticker. There is a phone number on it that I believe are not from Color By Pascale.
