They render seamless services with hand on customers to attend to query where necessary.

Tried to get the money from a payment Coingate received for us on our website. Needed to create a Bitcoin wallet. They told me how to activate it on their website. So I did, they transferred it. When I asked how to use the wallet they told me to access it. I asked how, cause only ticked a box on the control panel of our account on Coingate. Then they said I did it somewhere else. Ehhh? Now I can't access anything and they say it is my fault.

I own a website and i was using their api system for a couple of years to get payments via btc from my customers. Recently i was asked to get business verified but I'm a sole proprietorship and I dont won a business registration or the impossible papers they are asking, because of that 0.5 BTC is frozen on my account i have with them. They are not replying to tickets and i dont know what solution i have to get my money. I think i will go to the police and make a complain about this, cause this is called stealing, they are forcing me to give them some impossible documents that i dont have in order for them to release my heard earned money. I have already changed my how my clients are paying me via cryptocurrency so i dont their services anymore. I just want my money, is very simple

They asked to send id document already sent !
Then asked to verify business while I don't have a company !
Since they don't reply ! and balance still blocked !
A big scam ! Can send all proof of this !

Worst support experience ever!

I got 6 times in a row the following automated message from an entirely underfitting support service. Their identity verification procedure is opaque, and one never knows if validation failed or verification is ongoing.
The wrong way to start working with a company in a field where privacy and security should be important.

I'm unable to get verified. Support took several days to get back to me (not 24 hours). After reading reviews here, I've decided to look elsewhere. (update: They replied to this much faster than the ticket system. Had they been this prompt I would have given them another try. But for now, I'm sticking with Blockonomics.)

No freaking data collection, just a simple, quick and working payment service.

I have a business and this was setup to accept online payment with BTC.
no withdrawal allowed without verification, i get that, but when trying to verify and submit my documents nothing works,their customer service is close to useless, sending answers that do not answer the question or make no sense. i feel this is one big scam .
if i am proven wrong i will come and clear this, for the time being i strongly advise anyone to walk away from this company.

This is a scam company, do not trust them. they do not payout. lucky for me I just lost 1000$ with them. avoid them at all cost.

My balance is 1000$ from online sales done on my site and they deny it.

I'm happy with the speed but although I sent the amount requested from me, you asked extra amount and you didn't fulfilled my transaction.

It's rarely an occasion to find a crypto company to be as legitimate as these people, despite the fact that sometimes their requested information feels excessive, but I rather be safe than sorry in everything that relates to money.

Amazing services and fast help

Bought bitcoin via my mobile. My mobile is owned by my partner who has gave me full permission to use it for bitcoin. Despite this they have flagged my account and asked for evidence of ownership. Fair enough. ALL MINE AND MY PARTNERS BILLED ARE PAID ONLINE and they're refusing to accept screenshots as proof and want a letter signed and dated or something. Like are they aware that that doesn't f***ing exist? I know this company is based in Lithuania but jesus christ they're terrible dealing with customers.

Avoid this company at all costs. I paid them via mobile over a week ago and still nothing. Now requesting a refund as I've lost out on valuable time and money that could of been spent ELSE WHERE FROM A PROPER BTC VENDOR.

ANNOYED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. And the customer service agent I'm dealing with (Eva) replies once every 2 days which prolongs everything and theres no number to phone them on.

Company run by incompetent morons. Stay well away! You've been warned

I took me 45 mins to complete the verification. The app kept rejecting the pics of my national insurance card. I went all around the house taking pics to stop what it said was "glare" when there was none. Finaly got them sent in and was rejected by a human.
All this for bitcoin at 50% the market value.
It's a great concept, being able to buy bitcoin with phone credit but very poorly executed.

We have been using coingate for over a year to process payments and have now reached the point where their incompetence is an issue and directly affecting our cash flow and subsequently business.
We are a hosting provider that provides budget friendly services.
With such cheap prices, cash flow is important to keep the business above water.
We planned with coingate to make withdrawals once every 3 months.
The first withdrawal was a pain. We sent all relevant documentation proving our business account was indeed ours. It is a barclays account and pretty damn easy to verify.
We went round in circles for days until I got my bank involved and then it was approved.
To be sure no scummy games were being played, we made another withdrawal a month later with no issue.
Things were okay for a while so long as support is not needed.
We waited a bit longer for the most reent withdrawal as BTC sales slowed down and we wanted a lump sum withdrawn.
When we finally did make a withdrawal, they cancelled it with no communication or notification.
It took 5 days to realize the transaction had been cancelled.
Not knowing the reason, a withdrawal was attempted again. Checked a day later and it had been cancelled. Once again, no notification or explaination as to why.
Opened a ticket which they respond to once every 24 hours.
The next day, their reason was the account cannot be verified as our business account.
WHAT??!!
The account had not changed, no details had changed, it was exaxtly the same account previous payments had been made to.
The next day, they respond "You will need to submit documentation to verify it".
I responded that will be their job, they can check previous communication and documentation to verify it has they already have it in their possession.
24 hours later, they respond "Yes, we have found it and will forward to the finance department to process. We will notify you when they have".
Everydy since, I send a message requesting an update and also their mailing address for our lawyers to contact if needed.
They NEVER provide an address and always dodge the question.
Smells like a scam now.
Awaiting the withdrawal and will leave with immediate effect. Useless incompetent company.
