professionally especially when CBTL is a favourite hangout place for many. Nevertheless, we ended up being overcharged because the cashier accidentally misunderstood our request for iced lattes (for 2 different beverage types all together) and after much deliberation, we enquired about it. Eventually, it was addressed and we were refunded. However, we were also displeased with the waiting time for our breakfast sets as customers who came after us and who also ordered the same item deal, got it first before us. However, we were pleased with the supervisor i/c for that shift who kindly presented us with a sliced chocolate mousse cake for his end of the service recovery. Thank you and we hope for a smoother purchasing process from CBTL T1 in the near future!

1. My Vanilla latte was not hot as I would have preferred it to be and she heated it up upon request with a warm and enthusiastic smile.
2. I misplaced and lost my card after buying my three breakfast meals. I got another card and she helped me to make the necessary arrangements to transfer the rest of my points into the new card. She was patient and served with a smile. She was warm and positive. Great job !!!

After having a nice walk around the beautiful scenery of the mission inn festival of lights, my whole family and I (group of 7) had a bite to eat and wanted to relax and look around some more after with a few warm drinks…. the nearest walking distance was The Coffee Beanery. As I wait about 15 minutes in line for about 6 warm drinks, I already saw the unhappy aura coming from the barista/ staff, I immediately had empathy and understood that they were not having a good day with all these customers and so little staff. I didn't mind the wait. I waited for my drinks and even walked up to the side of the counter to wait for my drinks and gave the heavy set female barista a smile. She didn't react, she appeared diaphoretic and was unkempt looking. I wanted to say something to make her smile but just brushed it off…
My drinks were layed out in the counter after she was finished with them, I simply asked politely if she had any cup holders only because I did order 6 drinks, and my whole family was outside of the store. the small counter was already filled, and I didn't want to lose my drinks, so I hollered out through the window to my brother for help. In a rude monotone voice, she said, "Sorry no."
Im not asking for her to kiss my foot and sprinkle glitter over my head all while saying these words! all I ask is for her to be kind and atleast let me feel better! I brushed it off…again im very patient.
As my brother and aunt came in to help, I was confused on which drink belonged to whom. i ordred 6 drinks! I wanted a simple explanation and was still very polite. when I asked for a little help, she gave me a HORRIBLE attitude and said, "its already all labeled." the drinks were truly labeled but she had very bad writing too. Her "HC" for hot cocoa, looked like an upside down 4L. Her "HL" for Hazelnut Latte looked like 4T…etc… all in all, I was unable to read it all, end of story… when I asked if she could explain it all again to me… she completely ignored me this time and just shook her head.
This time I became upset. never in my life have I barged out carrying 4 drinks in my arms and completely embarrass myself in a up class crowd. not only that, my family was wondering what was going on when I came out the store! I also found that they have called two security guards because they were petty with their work.
this whole experience with The coffee beanery is upsetting. I was so upset because it ruined the time I had with my family and we all left early. I came back into The coffee Beanery to get a business card and the staff refused to give any names. all in all, not end of this story…I will go to district about this. its NOT okay to treat people this way only because you have a job that you don't like.
I have sent emails here and there to the corporate office, better business bureu on how she handled my family's drinks, left yelp reviews, google reviews, and been texting my family who was part of this unsettling experience to do the same untill we get recognized. It is not okay to be treated the way she treated me & my family's drinks. This is for the coffee bean located at 3712 mission inn ave. Riverside, CA.

I have left emails to corporate, left yelp, google, and other website reviews on this specific location at 3712 mission ave. Riverside, CA. I have also left a complaint on the way the barista handled my family's drinks at the BBB website. My big family and I have been group texting each other about this experience & we all will be doing the same process of leaving emails and reviews untill I speak to a corporate/ district manager or franchise owner of the location who doesn't think this situation is a joke.

But after april i not go longer i find another brand, because branch Siam center force me to try another brand and this i like better.
The Coffee bean at Siam center close for normal customer because the better want a event from a big company, and left the regular customer without service, these customer must go to other places.
Another branch chit lom central have sold out of Chai tea latte, what okay i give up,. after this bad.
hope you do better other place in the world.
