If there were a zero star review, this company earned it. Over a month- they took over $160 payment. Not one piece of merchandise has been sent. No phone number. The emails are no help. My son鈥檚 funeral is coming up. No response for the keychain supplies I ordered for this event

I cannot comment on the quality of the products because … I never received them! I can, however, tell you that the customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order for over 275$. My order was sent to the other end of the city because I missed the delivery and I had to pay customs fees which were VERY expensive by the way. Now the delivery company has sent my package back to Cobeads and they won't respond to me. So I spent $ 275 and I have neither my jewelry nor my money. I am very very very disappointed with my experience and recommend that you order elsewhere.

I ordered chain going by the sizes under descriptions. Also some split rings. Both stainless steel. When the chain eventually arrived it was NOT the size they described. I tried contacting them numerous times and was ignored. I left a msg on their site and they told me to leave a msg via the email I had previously used. No response. I contacted Paypal and as we are in the middle of lockdown Paypal were sending me different messages. I called them and they gave me an email address to upload pics. Then they shut their offices. Cobeads contacted me once more telling me to pull my complaint and they would assist me. I emailed them back and nothing. PayPal due to this virus situation. Closed the case. I am out of pocket $75. The split rings did not arrive even though Cobeads said they did. Do not buy from them. Ever they are scammers.

I can't speak to the quality of the product, because it has yet to arrive and though I've emailed them twice now, no one at this company has responded. I paid for express delivery according to the time frames outlined on their site. Right about the time I should have been receiving my product, I got an email from them saying I would receive another email in 2-3 days which may give me some shipping info. Just got that email and they've given me a tracking number the system doesn't accept. I have no idea when I can expect my order and no one has responded to my emails.
