FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FALSE ITEMS

This site is a scam. you go online thinking you are getting good quality coach items and an outlet price, but really you are getting fake items for a high price. I ordered 2 purse's and some jewelry. the purse's I ordered I never got. I got other ones and all the jewelry looks like it came out of a 25 cent machine or they won it in New Orleans. I have emailed the company on numerous times and the lady Amy got back to once saying "the items a bit different, please keep, if you re-order anything we give you free wallet". why would I want a free wallet if the items look like crap. I rather take a day and drive hrs. to go to an outlet instead of ordering from this lady again. I believe that they are using the coach name illegally and coach should be informed in this. It makes there store look bad. The web site looks just like coach's web site. I hope this website gets blocked so that this doesn't happen to anyone else and this lady gets run out of business.
