Don't bother to order from this company with stores in Eastbourne and Hastings. A piece of furniture ordered and paid for pre-lockdown, (and understandably delayed), finally arrived in July but it was the wrong model. A re-order for the correct item was supposed to take 3/4 weeks for delivery. After many weeks with no information or misleading comments it is now in the showroom 8 weeks later. Unfortunately there is no urgency to deliver and we are still waiting. From re-order to delivery will be 10 weeks, or maybe longer. Complete lack of customer service.
