Awful service. I ordered my watch and several days passed with no updates other than an email that didn鈥檛 have correct tracking details. I contacted Cluse via their online chat and was told that my order had be shipped incorrectly, and that they would have to send out another watch. If I hadn鈥檛 called they would have never let me know. I asked for next day delivery, as they had made a mistake but was just told that they don鈥檛 and won鈥檛 do that. I felt really rubbish about how the dealt with the situation and I was made to feel demanding just for asking for what I鈥檇 paid for, to get to me sooner, as they had messed up the order. I still haven鈥檛 revieved the watch and I am concerned that it may never turn up. A total unorganised and chaotic company, with some much needed customer service training. I will not be purchasing anything from Cluse again and if you are reading this please heed my warning. None of my family or friends will be making any purchases either.

Shocking service!
Ordered a watch as a Christmas present. Waited two weeks for delivery as advised then spent more than another week chasing up the watch that had supposedly been despatched.
Long story short- after incessant chasing and pestering them through online chat and email they sent a 鈥渞eplacement鈥?which magically arrived two days later.
Shame that it took so much to get them to do anything at all- seeing as the original never turned up, I don鈥檛 think it had been despatched at all in the first place!
Fine to lure you in with discounts and promises but the customer service is so lacking that I would never trust them with another penny of mine!

2 months after returned unwanted goods and I鈥檓 still waiting for my refund to be issued. Will never buy from this poor excuse for a company ever again.

2 weeks and still the watch hasn鈥檛 arrived.. Customer service didn鈥檛 acknowledge my ticket and are very difficult to get hold of. Finally managed to get a response off the online chat to tell me that it hadn鈥檛 been dispatched yet, even though I received the dispatch confirmation almost 2 weeks ago. Definitely won鈥檛 be ordering from Cluse again!

Awful company. Like everyone else I have not received my order placed on 13/12. I am getting no reply on their customer service page, Facebook, or any other form of social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

Do not buy from this site, they were still advertising Yesterday 20th Dec that you can order in time for Xmas, admittedly they don鈥檛 say which Xmas, guaranteed it certainly won鈥檛 be 2019.

Ordered over Black Friday in November. No items, no response via customer services. These are Xmas presents, I鈥檓 absolutely gutted as it鈥檚 too late to replace them now. Will I ever get the items? Will I get my money back? No one answers via any medium. Do not deal with this company

Received watch a month ago. One piece fell off. Can't reach customer service or get any answer. Been trying for 2 weeks.

I ordered a watch over two weeks ago for a birthday gift. I received an order confirmation but nothing since. I've sent 3 separate emails inquiring and have got no feedback. Terrible service

Purchased a silver necklace and 2 silver rings about a year ago. Price was around 200 euros for all, not a cheap brand. After 1 year I cannot wear them anymore as they are totally discolored. I reached out to customer service (with pictures included so they saw) and they mentioned even if there is a guarantee for 2 years this is not covered, so they could only offer me a discount for my next purchase. I won't be purchasing again, if I wanted cheap discoloring jewelry I wouldn't spend 200 euros. The quality is definitely not worth the price.

Just received the new cluse gold vigoureux model, really love it! My 3rd cluse watch and sure not the last. Got it delivered at home in 2 days via their website.

My watch stopped working after only 9 months, customer service are ignoring all correspondence and I never got a refund. Very disapoining company, somewhat nice design but super chitty quality. 2 year warranty is a scam. Don't waste your money on Cluse watch

I had a problem with my Bracelet , It b茅cotes brown.I have written to Cluse and showed the pictures of my bracelet and they decided to send me a new one .very quickly.

I was very happy with the strap but the pins that attached it onto my watch were too short and I had to use the original ones that came with my watch so now the leather on the strap is damaged where I had to make room for removing the ones that came with the new strap for the old ones

Never had so difficult to get an order shipped ! after 2 months finally got the ordered watch that was intended to offer as gift for Christmas. No communication in the Cluse customer service wrt to my calls + mails sent to Cluse.

Just bought a watch for my daughter for her birthday following purchasing the same watch for myself a year ago. Lovely stylish watches that are well made. Beautiful to look at and easy to adjust.

I鈥檝e worn mine everyday since purchasing and the only thing wrong is a little wear of the clasp but that鈥檚 probably my fault as I work in an office and use a PC everyday and the watch being on my wrist is always rubs against the desk surface. I usually get a little skin irritation on the inside of my wrist wearing metal watches but not with this one.

They come well packaged and delivery is quite quick.

All in I would highly recommend Cluse watches.

So I did message Cluse when I received the 2 watches I ordered on their website and attached a picture but never heard back from anyone! The watches are both working fine! The one was suppose to have a marble effect and sadly it does not it is just a plain black so very disappointing I would not have ordered if I thought it was going to be plain black!

I did not get my watch – it was sent back by dhl. Then I have wrote 3 messages to know how to get this watch or money back and after one week no one
