On top of this they say they will void all bets because when I sent KYC, the KYC was from the USA and stating that I was in the USA while making the bets which I was not.
The emails and messages are included below. Anything you can do to help recover the bitcoin cash totaling about 65 bitcoin cash which is about $14,000 at the current price.
They have said they are not paying it out.

I just received this message from cloudbet and now I'm understanding what is going on but it is incorrect. I didn't notice the incorrect balance until after I had gone to withdraw BCH. I had no idea there was even a negative balance, I just had looked at
my balances. I wasn't trying to evade a negative balance, I was actually betting in BCH the whole time, I randomly deposited bitcoin and was betting there, and then went back to BCH when that didn't go as well. There was a misgrade and it went negative AFTER I had withdrawn the rest of the bitcoin and converted back to BCH. I didn't know about the misgrade, I thought everything was right.
Besides that, I didn't have a previous account to my knowledge. Like I said, I don't remember my previous account, and I don't have another account on your site. You need to be aware of that. There is 64 BCH that I have locked in your site and you can't just take that BCH. I have filed a complaint on AskGamblers. You can't just take my money because you made a misgrade and I didn't notice the misgrade.
Can someone please come to my defense here? In regards to the accounts, I have no recollection of any of my previous accounts though I admitted I may have signed up before at some point.
You can't just steal 64BCH and be a legit book.

I obviously won't be coming back or opening an account but I need the funds in the account because those were calculated risks I took and was relying on that money. I used my last unemployment check and deposited it all to cloudbet. I need someone's help here.
Note: I will also add that on cloudbet, hidden are the balances of all the crypto separate that you are betting with. I hadn't noticed the BTC balance had been negative until way later when I went to withdraw. I had already made a sizeable BCH deposit and was betting there in BCH. You don't notice the various balances until you go to the cashier to withdraw.
They are all separate balances.

I have successfully placed a bet, received confirmation and my balance has been updated as usual. But a few minutes later my balance was back, I refreshed the site a few times and my balance was still there, I put the same bet back and got a confirmation again. Five minutes later my balance was back but the bet I chose was no longer available so I thought it had been rejected and got refunded so I checked the history of my bets and the 2 bets were marked as "PUSH" but already counted. My balance was still full, but I don't have any pending bets, they were in the "past bets" section of my account. So ok, I thought I missed the bet, then I placed a bet on something else. Same problem, my balance is used when I place my bet, I can place multiple bets and then for some of them they "push" later without letting me know, but my balance was still full and no pending bets. I continued to bet on other events without error then I saw my balance in negative!
So I contacted support, they first told me:
"(04:07:34) Amy: Our sports team has review your account and all your bets and unfortunaly you have used the balance that was added to you by mistake."
Then by email:
"I can see that I have informed you that your bets were graded as a push by mistake and as they were credited as a push that means that all your stakes were added back to your account, in the meantime, you place some bets with the balance added from the pushed bet. When your bets were regarded some of them was a loss and the stake was deducted from you main balance making it negative -0.01716373 btc."
Basically the owner let me place multiple bets on the same event without touching my balance, without marking those bets as "Pending" so I really had no way of seeing that I had already placed a bet ( I have all the evidence, screenshots and recordings), and at the end of the sport event, they validated them all instantly. My balance was negative this is proof the website was not showing my actual balance (isn't that a "system error" as stated in your terms? Please review them cloudbet, you told me to read , I did). I don't know if it's a scam … 🙂
Their final answer:
"Since pushed bets are a type of settlement where stakes are refunded, the account balance did indeed change but instead of funds not being removed due to rejected bets as you might have thought, they were refunded back to your account, which might be the reason why you assumed your bets were not accepted.
Despite the fact that you were aware of the above, our Sports team corrected your negative balance by balancing it back to 0, which in this case would have corrected any discrepancies that were on your account's main balance. As such, since your funds were rightfully given back in full, there are no additional funds to be added.
The following terms are applicable on the occasion and as you've registered on our site, you have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions;
7.1.8. You will inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your account or any calculations with respect to any bet you have placed. We reserve the right to declare null and void any bets that are the subject of such an error.
9.21. All results posted shall be final after 72 hours and no queries will be entertained after that period of time. Within 72 hours after results are posted, The company will only reset/correct the results due to human error, system error or mistakes made by the referring results source.
Please consider this message as our final communication on the matter."
In summary, by using cloudbet.com, YOU ACCEPT that if they want to take your money (without betting and without telling you), they can, it's on their terms. DO YOU TRUST A COMPANY THAT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR EARNINGS AND KEEP YOUR MONEY?

I owned crypto so it was pretty easy to get started but now I simply use a credit card to top up my funds so it's even easier to get my bets on.
I usually stick to NBA and NFL but they recently rolled out a zero margin campaign for all EPL games which has proved too tempting.
