Crooks… a big bunch of crooks.
I had my holiday cancelled by them.
They are forcing refund vouchers on all cancelled bookings which is illegal and consumer protection (CCPC) have requested all my interactions with the company as this is illegal and in breech of the package holidays and travel act. The emails they send customers show some Citizens Advice website advice information relating to the refund process regarding the state Guaranteed credit vouchers but it craftily cuts off just short of the citizens advice information stating that you do not have to accept the vouchers as a refund and all consumers eligable for a refund are fully entitled to a full cash refund within 14days if you prefer.
I have sent several emails requesting the following..
1) I requested to exercise my right to a full cash refund.
2) I requested info around making a formal complaint.
3) I requested my case to be passed to a manager.
All three requests were ignored several times over 6 emails and they sent me a voucher despite my refusal to accept it as a form of refund.

Terrible customer service. Same generic response to emails. No updates on refunds due.

Not happy.. Holiday 4th April and only yesterday after constantly ringing and emailing everywhere i finally get through only to be told I won't get a refund.. I can switch my holiday for a later date or a voucher to be used in a year.. That's no good to me at all.. This needs sorting!!

Ive used Click and go several times and have never had a problem.Its easy to book with european holidays with aer lingus flights these can be booked for 鈧? and you can pay monthly online easy to use website and nice staff on the phone A1 if you ask me.

Just arrived in Lanzarote for a Christmas holiday with my family. My tiny studio cost 1399 with flights for 10 nights months ago. My brother decided to join us two weeks ago and got a massive 2-bedroom apartment to himself for the same price as I paid but through booking.com. Seriously unhappy, clearly I've been fleeced. Never using this company again.

As usual successful holiday with Click & Go. Holiday apartment 鈥楥lub Soricco鈥?was fantastic. Lovely and quiet. Spotless. Airport transport with hoppa very good and great flight with Aer Lingus.

Excellent value city break. Hotel was in the centre and very convenient. Room a bit small but that is trade off. Aer Lingus flights all good. Click and Go true to their word. Would definitely recommend.

I find Click and Go excellent. This is my second time to use them and I would definitely recommend. As always Lanzarote was lovely, the accommodation at the Vista Mar apartments was perfect for a budget holiday. Great location, clean and tidy. Will be back again.

3 Things we were not told.
(1) When we got to reception we could not get in to our apartment till 3 o'clock. As we had a very early start we now had to find somewhere to have something to eat and drink,,this we found difficult as most places were shut and the people spoke no English.
(2)"we were told the hotel that owned the apartments was close by in fact it was about 20 minutes away.
3 we had to pat a 鈧?0.00 deposit before they would give us the key,
We could have had a better start to the holiday if we had been told about the above instead of wasting half a day in a strange city finding our way around. We had a meal in the Hotel that owns the apartment, because we did not know our way around on the first night. It cost 鈧?0.00 maybe we should be refunded that amount.I would not have booked the apartment if I had been told the hotel was so far away

The hotel was lovely and new Year I think we paid enough for holiday why should we pay for seat to view entertainment on new year eve
I will get a taxi from airport in future it took over two hours to get to hotel and also been delayed by aer lingus going back didn't help other wise a good experience

From start to finish Click and Go has been the best travel company we have ever travelled with … the service is as stated … from airline documents to transfer documents to accommodation documents everything perfectly in order … hotel as stated and perfect for our break … no delays with transfer bus company … all in all one of the best no hassle travel experiences we have had … definitely will be recommending CLICK AND GO … to all family and friends and we will definitely be using them again …. thank you

I find that 'Clic and go' has reasonable prices and many times before everything went very well and they kept us very well informed, this time they said we would get our tickets 10 to 14 days before departure as usual but at seven days nothing was coming so we (6 of us traveling together) emailed C&G but they just sent tkts for 2 of us, so we called them twice, they arrived all in order on Monday with departure Thursday morning at 6 am.

The flight was great – no issues at all, a slight delay on the tarmac in Dublin with no explanation given but apart from that great. Good departure time from Dublin, good departure time from Budapest. Budapest is a brilliant city. The Mercure Hotel, on the other hand was poor. This hotel is trading on its excellent location. It was unseasonably hot when we were in Budapest at end October 2018 and the hotel's air conditioning was not on. When asked at reception one person said it was because it was end October and they had turned if off because the weather is usually cooler and another person said the A.C. was broken. The latter is probably true as the toilets by reception were out of order and one of the two lifts was out of order. Overall the impression was of a hotel that was badly managed. Also the pillows in the room were awful – just as well there are thermal baths around as you will need them to undo some of the damage done to your neck sleeping on them!
