The product I ordered was damaged, looked like someone had used it prior to me, came in an unmarked box and without any instructions (when clearly instructions are needed).

Appalling company. I ordered a Christmas game having seen an advert on Facebook and believing them to be a UK company. Order placed 8th Dec, goods arrived in Jiffy bag 8th Jan – no return slip or other paperwork. Emailed and immediate repost with a code, however? Nothing about a refund. I鈥檝e emailed twice more today – all gone silent. I think this is a scam and a con, low grade product for premium price, and no way to return. I doubt I will see my money again. Not sure if there is anything further I can do, will contact my credit card company to ask and will never buy from them again. -they must be making money by the truck load in this way. Stay well clear.

Ordered the reindeer / hoopla antlers at the start of December 2019. I emailed before Christmas to find out the status of my order to discover they were being shipped from China.

I emailed and they were swift to get back in touch, but to say I need to be patient and it had been dispatched.

I still haven鈥檛 received my delivery, so I emailed again but this time asking for a refund. I got an immediate response asking me to type in a code for an appropriate response.

They said they can give me a shipping update and when I said I just wanted a refund and I am unhappy with their service and have read all of their poor reviews on Trust Pilot they鈥檝e suddenly gone quiet!

Doubt I鈥檒l get my refund but BEWARE if you buy from them!

The worst quality toy – shipment was very delayed and the toy was awful with an inexplicably bad translation instruction book – a knock off product at an extortionate price

I bought an item from this company from an advert hi so via Facebook. It was a game where you belong up some reindeer antlers and then throw rings on the antlers. It cost me 拢14.99. When we tried to blow up the antlers they deflated within seconds. We got another adult to blow them up and it happened again and again. It鈥檚 so is this company is in the UKBut by the standard of generic emails I keep receiving I believe they鈥檙e not and no one is replying to me. I have complained they are faulty and I鈥檝e demanded a full refund. I have asked where I send the damaged goods to and I just get generic emails with very poor English. I would never use this company and I will tell anyone not to use this company . I do not receive a proper reply in the next 24 hours I will be taking legal proceedings

Looks like we've all been had. Yes I too thought it was UK website ordered the reindeer set for Christmas 2 weeks ago still not arrived and no responses to my emails. Not happy!!!

BEWARE

I saw an advert pop up on Instagram for the Christmas antlers set which I thought looked great. I popped onto the Clapfun website (.co.uk) believing I was buying from a UK company and bought a set. The first I knew this company was in China, is when I received my tracking information for the parcel. 1.5 weeks later my parcel arrived…in a Jiffy bag. I opened the bag today to blow up the antlers and they are full of holes! Not to mention big pieces of remnant plastic bits in the parcel too.

I emailed the customer support and received an email with a list of no鈥檚 to reply back with e.g #004 for refunds. I even sent photos of the faulty goods but received a second e-mail to tell me that they do not provide a return slip, so I would have to pay to return the goods to China, or alternatively keep the goods and they would refund me 20%.

I ended up getting a full refund through PayPal.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I wasn't home to receive an order but no alternative arrangements were left. I have emailed 4 times since last week and neither received my order nor a reply.

My order took over three weeks to deliver and when it eventually arrived the item was broken. I immediately emailed Clapfun, they did respond and asked me to send photo evidence. This I did and then received an email to say they would refund my money within 3-5 working days.I have been waiting for my refund for over a week but it has not been received, I have emailed them again querying my refund but received no response. I will never deal with such a rubbish set up again!

Clap fun advertise on facebook as clapfun uk, leading you to believe they are a uk company THEY ARE NOT. The picture on their website makes you believe they are in the UK THEY ARE NOT. They are purely a chinese company. I ordered goods when they came they are no where near what I expected but if I want a refund you have to send goods back to china. Their alternative is to keep the goods and they will refund only 20%. I intend to inform paypal and facebook to remove their adds as they are misleading

Just read previous reviews, I ordered some pop sucks bath toys for my Grandson for Christmas 12 days ago, got a email yesterday to say they have only just been dispatched, I was under the impression it was a UK business didn鈥檛 realise they were coming from China, wondered why they were taking so long, can I trust their description as they say they are non toxic silicone, that鈥檚 if I get them ?

These people are on facebook – i order two heated vests as thought I would be safe as the advert was on facebook. NOT SO – vests not arrived – order 10.11.19, no contact details just bouncing back support emails – USELESS COMPANY taken my money too.

I didn't want to give even one star for this company. They are based in China but this is not apparent. I ordered 2 pairs of Night Vision Glasses. I waited a long time for them to arrive and was so disappointed when I tried them. They are rubbish. I have just emailed them to say I want a refund as they are not as advertised. I was told I have to post them to an address in China at my expense and if I consider the postage too expensive I can keep them and get 20% back from them. I don't want them. They will make lots of money from people who are dissatisfied with their purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I read reviews other people have written after my purchase. I hope other people read my review and stay clear of this company.

Bought 2 vests size M and L, my partner is a size S so he tries on the M and he could not zip it up. The vests did not come with the batteries as advertised. Want to return them and has been told that I need to pay the postage to China!!!!!! Then they turn around and said if i keep them they will refund 20 %. I will never ever buy from them as its a scam and cheap chinease crap. They should be called crapfun and not clapfun. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS CHEAP STUFF AND JUST A BUNCH OF LIARS!

I am in dispute with them as I ordered 4 pairs of night vision glasses on 21st Nov. I have not received any confirmation or tracking number. Tried to contact them yesterday by email.They ask for my Tracking no which I do not have.They have not got back to me and it would appear there is a possibility they might have stolen my money too!

I have just received my heated vests – large and medium, they are so small its unbelievable. Email I got back said check out the sizing and we will send out another one. Cant find anywhere to check sizes. They are not very thick either havent even tried to see if they work. Feeling ripped off.

I wouldn't have even given them one star. They say items will be dispatched within 3 days, We'll that was 10 days ago, no sign of my item and they are impossible to speak to instead hiding behind an automated system of emails.

Really bad I've ordered over 20 days now, contacted them no reply back, they took my money, not even got a order number or e.mail thanking me, found out its cheaper to order on Ebay, keep away, there no telephone number at all,

Bought some of their night vision glasses. Utterly useless, and to add insult to injury, available at a fraction of the price elsewhere. They slight reduce the glare of oncoming vehicles, apart from that your vision is so impaired, they border on dangerous. Cheap crap.

Ordered an item 14 days ago and only just been despatched…or so they say. I only know this is only as I opened a dispute with PayPal otherwise I doubt theyd even let me know. They now say it'll take 10 to 12 days to even arrive so all in all nearly a month and that is even if I get it. No point ordering for a birthday or Christmas. Plus they take a good 24 hours to reply as they're in China and not UK as the website suggests.
