Purchased a table here, and at no fault of the company it was broken during shipping. They did not hesitate to send another one. Upon receiving this was also broken by the shipping company or perhaps there was a defect in the manufacture of this specific item. I received a call right away from the website customer service and they offered refund or to try again to ship but were honest that the product may not arrive intact. The customer service was good and even though I had issues they were dealt with in a professional and quick manner so I am please overall with the website.

I have used this company once. I had a really bad experience with them. They have just managed to deliver the furniture with significant delay and then charged extra fees over the invoice. Majority of the customer service people are rude and not able to provide information or full sentences. The delivery person did not want to carry up the furniture even I have paid for that service. I would not use chilli.no again.

The worst customer service. The information in the web page is not clear and is confusing regarding the shipping. Our furniture came weeks later then expected and the bed was broken.

Absolutely no repeat!
