Stole credit card details which resulted in a considerable amount of fraud. Don't use them

This is the worst quality clothes I have ever ordered and received online shopping. What you get is totally crap. The products do not appear anything nearby the products you viewed and ordered on the website. I had to throw the clothes into the trashcan, I couldnt even send it to the salvation army, it would be an insult to the needy! They ask for the order no in their reply below, but there is no e-mail from them in my inbox that could be replied directly to them. But here it comes: The order no is CH8469115244. All 3 items in the order are bad quality, ugly and unsuitable.

Ordered a bikini and a top extremely disappointed with the quality. They are just not worth the price. The bikini top has no definition and I look like I have a uni boob. The top looked so soft and luxurious in the adverts but is just basic nylon and the shoulders are very pointed. Very bad cut. I will never buy from this website again. There is NOTHING Chic about their clothes

I ordered a party dress.it arrived quickly but unfortunately was faulty..size and quality of make was ok.I was offered a coupon of the same value as the faulty dress because of inconvenience caused.that s absolutely fair though.thank you

Three months ago I havnt heard abt Chiccladdy. But now I buy most of my clothes from them. Its good quality, looks like the pictures and quick delivery. And the best : GOOD PRICES. And you can get cupons.
I have just ordered 2 summer dresses which will be shipped within 24 hours .
What more can you ask for ? Nothing .

chicladdy works under different names and is a very strange organisation who does not deserve any trust (names like PIUFASHIONLOOK etc be careful) . I had an order of 148 euro. after 4 weeks after order date, and a lot of calls, still not received anything, Chicladdy said it was my responsibility to figure out if it was delivered somewhere else in my street, how to do that? When you object and ask for cancellation they start to ask for a lot of nonsense information which has nothing to do with the order. now after two months no money back and credit card ICS worldcard refuse to cooperate. Totally mistrust these people. On this website there is a huge nr of people who were cheated. They have a name of making beautiful website and deliver nothing.

I read the reviews and was worried I had to wait along time for delivery but I was pleased with what I got not bad quality at all and I am fussy

I ordered pair of shoes and a dress.Shoes are fine, but the dress is not the same that is shown in the picture. Very bad quality. I wil return it back. Does anyone know where to drop the parcel? Is it Royal Mail or a different company?

The dress I ordered came today..well what can I say..I've polished my furniture with better quality cloth, looks nothing like the picture online..would not recommend anyone to buy from this company..product made in China. .absolutely discussed they can advertise something completely different from the product you receive ?

my shoes arrived in 7 working days. I was nervous after i had ordered and then read the reviews. My shoes are stunning and will certainly order from them again

I ordered a dress at the end of July, by Augustbit had not arrived contacted the company, was told it had been delivered, after checking with Royal Mail they said it had been delivered. I explained to chi lady that although it had been delivered I did not have it. After many many emails finally got a full refund on the 11th September, ridiculous never never again, and I would advise anyone else not to give the company your business. Worse experience ever.
Give them a big wide berth

I placed an order and payed extra for quick delivery. The day before the items were due, the status was still showing as Processing. I raised a support ticket and the next day (the day the items should have been delivered), I received a response saying it is their peak season and they still need time to check my order.
They should not accept orders and take money for fast delivery if they can't honour them.
I have now cancelled my order and demanded an immediate refund but I'm not holding my breath

I sent a message last week about chickladdy and returning goods. They contacted me asking for order numbers which I supplied back 48hrs ago and still heard nothing. I need to return these goods and get refunded. Can you please advise me what to do next as not hearing off them

Ordered clothing from this company which turned up and was nothing like it's description, was described as linen and was in fact polyester. The quality was poor and the sizing to small and they refused to refund the postage, no positive recommendations for this company.

I ORDERED A DRESS SIZE LARGE AND SANDALS UK 4, AFTER 2 MONTHS A BOX ARRIVED WITH 3 PAIR OF CHEAP SANDALS SIZE 8 OF NO USE TO ME I HAVE MESSAGED THEM REPEATEDLY TO SEND ME MY ORDER TO NO AVAIL. THE LAST MESSAGE WAS TO SEND MY ORDER BACK AND THEY WOULD SEND ME 50% COUPON FOR MY NEXT ORDER. I CANT SEND BACK AN ORDER I HAVENT RECEIVED BUT HAVE PAID FOR MAYBE I COULD GO FOR A SALE IN THE SIZE 8 SANDALS I SEEM TO BE LEFT WITH. KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY……

Offered partial refund. Awful service.
I won't be accepting the partial refund since I have recived nothing at all.
Seems like a scam to me.

I never received my goods, that i ordered and paid for.
and now they tell me to return the goods (even though they 14 days ago admitted that they were never delivered
they are thieves and corrupted.
DO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I finally received my order on the Friday 26th July and have never seen such bad quality. Nothing like the images and really poor material. I complained and they requested if i wanted to keep the items and they would refund 40% and I said No way!!!. I sent the items back at my cost via DPD on the 29th July and have proof that they have received it on the 30th , but still nothing!!On the 2nd August they are saying that their logistics dept are looking for parcel and once checked, they will refund. I forwarded the signed POD and have not hear anything since. does anybody have a contact no as they are now not answering my messages …

I would never ever order from these cheats again! The shoes I ordered didn't look like the picture at all! There were glue all over and it was pulling apart! The crazy thing was, the shoes were only 拢14.95 plus postage which was another 拢5. When I contacted them and explained, I was asked to send it back for a refund. I had to pay to send it back recorded, another 拢5. They only refunded me for the actual shoes (拢14.95) So I ended up paying 拢10 for shoes that were faulty! I'm so annoyed and will make sure no one I know ever order from you ever!!! The worst service!!!

Very good choice in the first instance. Reluctant to order as some of the reviews were 鈥?iffy鈥?but I have to honestly say, not only was the price good for a dress, so was the quality. A real bargain delivered before the time they quoted. Looking forward to wearing it on my holiday and just about to order another.

I was not expecting anything great with the cost of them to be honest! So when they arrived and very quickly I might add ! I was really pleased ! They are beautiful ! And comfy ! And they fit me as I am a 6 and a half shoe size I normally have to pay a lot of money ! With them being the international 40 I knew they would fit as I lived in Italy 20 years , I will be telling my family and friends about this company kind regards Margaret AbruZzo
