Chemicloud has some of the best support I've experienced. Whenever I submit a ticket, they always respond very quickly and their team consistently goes above & beyond to provide excellent support.

I have moved a couple of my clients from EIG companies to CC and they all pretty much loved it, most of them noticed a major improvement on the loading time and they are pretty content with the support too.
I only chated with them a few times but I always got prompt replies and they support staff always showed a real interest in solving my issue instead of just closing the chat, they took as much time as needed to resolve my issue. Really can't fault chemicloud at all and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid host.

We have recently moved our sites from Godaddy to Chemicloud and I couldn't be happier,I was really scared at first but their team took care of the entire process and kept us updated at every step and the support provided was excellent, we could not have done it without your help.

My review is related with billing periods

For WP shared plans there are only 1-2-3 year billing periods but no monthly billing plans, so we cannot pay for a month to test and then continue paying on a monthly basis

Yes there is money back guarantee, but this is not equal to monthly billing, right?

And you get to know about this when u go to pay… but cannot see it before as it is nowhere in the public marketing pages like their chemicloud wordpress-hosting page

So to me this is false advertising like most providers do 🙁
I am really fed up with these marketing practices where u cannot really know all things to check and who to trust

If they want to honour their statement for "Honesty and Transparency" in their chemicloud about-us page then they should tell us about billing periods in advance or even better offer monthly billing plans

That' s my opinion & advice… if we want mutual trust

Too pity… i hoped chemicloud would prove me wrong

Pricing is starting at $10.95/mo (only 36垄 a Day!) but only if you are ready to pay $394.20 in one payment for the 3 year plan… so that' s the real start… now judge me… am i wrong? am i offensive? who is honest & transparent?

Guys thanks for coming back to reply and for adjusting your page info.
Still believe your pricing should be even more clear & transparent. Check yourselves again vs your "competion" (you do not look much more clear & honest – even if you believe or you really are)

Also i insist your should offer a plan on monthly or quarter billing otherwise you lose too many potentially good clients (on other countries as well like here in Greece) that cannot commit & prepay year billing (and refunding does not really help on this)

Thus my review was up from 1 -> 3

PS. Still looking for that great honest awesome shared wp/woo hosting partner

Finally found a good home for my websites, after having some really bad experiences with hostgator and godaddy in the past.

I am always impressed with the quality of their support and the overall speed and uptime of their servers.
Didn't have any issues in the last few months but when I have a questions support always clears it for me in a few minutes.
Hope you guys keep this up for the years to come 🙂

Out of the Swamp!
After being a log time Hostgator customer, a 2 week FTP outage and TOTAL lack of support sent me searching how to get out of their swamp.
I saw some outstanding reviews for ChemiCloud, here on TrustPilot and did a little more digging into other reviews as well.
These guys are and do everything you read about in the reviews!!
If I could give 6 stars I would. The whole group at ChemiCloud is willing to walk through problems, and explain how we can resolve similar problems in the future. They migrated all of our accounts over without losing a single byte (MySpace should have called THESE guys!)
If you are on the fence about hosting – don't be! A move to ChemiCloud will be the best thing you can do to ease your troubles!
Kudos to the team at ChemiCloud – they are an independent company that knows how to do things right!
I'll be here for a long time coming!
