I purchased from this company and was immediately worried when I received an email from some sure safe billing company informing me that my payment would be taken from some company in China. I knew instantly that the items would be fake if they even arrived at all. I have not had an email confirmation or received any other response from the company and they do not reply to your emails either. I don't even think it's a real email address as I didn't get a sent report back either! I called the bank who cant step in until 21 days have passed but will 'try' to get my money back for me. I am keeping my fingers crossed as I spent 拢103 and I also got charged a sterling exchange rate fee! Please do not make the same mistake that I did and just buy your Pandora jewellery at the full price from a reputable seller in the UK!

Update – I called the bank today and as the right amount of time has passed for the items to arrive, and of course they haven't, the bank have now refunded my money inc the sterling exchange rate fee and are now opening a claim with the company to retrieve the money from them but I tried to log onto the company last night and Visa have now shut down the website so hopefully this won't happen to anyone else now!!!!

I purchased from this site as it looked trustworthy answer seemed to have correct grammar, contact details and you could appear to pay via PayPal. Upon the purchase I recieved an automated email which briefed you about that the debit would appear in a different name and the currency rates will end up with ur final payment being different from that of the site. With that I instantly knew I hadn't bought from a reputable supplier and that it wasn't based in the UK, which I was lead to believe. I've emailed every address I could find but no reply. Thankfully I purchased the goods on my credit card and I rang them ASAP. They assured me I was protected and gave me a reference number to ring once the money had been debited.

Looks like a real UK website, ordered from them, linked to the scam pay company thats been reported several times on here, namely – safesslbillpay.com. They are actually based in China and not in the UK, and will try to take more money than on their actual invoice. Luckily my bank stepped in and declined the transaction otherwise I would have been almost 拢55 out of pocket, as they are not an authorised stockist and have no affiliation with a UK company that they said they were (John Greed – who are reputable authorised stockists of Pandora). I have reported them to the Pandora fraud section of their company and hopefully something can be done about it.
