Charmed Aroma

I do not recommend this brand, order a bath bomb from charmed aroma, i did not get a email confirmation and when I try emailing them there wasn't any response email them many time with not response what so ever and it been more than 2 weeks. Have a gut feeling there they wont responded and that my order will never get to me so I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BRAN AT ALL.

i bought a candle from charmed aroma. unfortunately i forgot check carefully and the address was entered wrongfully. i try to get in contact with them over the emails and wrote message through their website. unfortunately i did not receive any respond, they replied after 2 days after the package was sent to the wrong address informing me to get in contact with the shipping company which i did however they informed me it is is charmed aroma responsibility to get in contact with them and change the address. I email them and let them know however they said ask you neighbour to turn your item in when it will be delivered. I did not like to bother my neighbour for this business failure to provide perfect customer service. I emailed them; ask for the refund and they have to been in contact with me and I wasted 50$ on nothing literally. DISAPPOINTED 馃槥

I bought a candle for my mum for mothers day
Ordered it a week before it took a month and a but to actually get here when I found out it was coming from American (I thought it was one of thos store that had a base and th ee little shops that sell them )I emailed them asking to just refund it cause I didnt wanna make my mum wait that long ,bu***hit excuse told me no it's been shipped ,the shipping number said it was still there
So got it now and her jewellery and this skinny little bracket I'd buy a two year old
I know it's a lucky dip thing but if I'm gonna pay $60 for a f**ken candle I'd at least want something good to come out of it
Cool it smells nice but I could of bought a candle with the same smell for $20
ROYALESSSENCE IS SO MUCH BETTER don't waste your time and money for some ugly crap

I used to LOVE Charmed Aroma and I was super excited to get my candles & rings! But after my experience this time? I鈥檓 not even going to bother ordering from them anymore and I will just find a different place to get my rings and candles.
I for one, got a wrong ring. I understand that they get placed randomly, but the rings with the candle in photos or in stores are what people are buying the candle for… so if that鈥檚 not enough..
I don鈥檛 have my code anymore because I didn鈥檛 know I needed to keep it. So that鈥檚 my fault. But regardless. That shouldn鈥檛 be a solution to not continuing to solve the issue of your customer….
I鈥檓 furious. I know it鈥檚 just a ring… but if you saw how it looks you鈥檇 understand. The gems aren鈥檛 in the correct pattern even! This is not ok for a big company like charmed aroma….

The bath bombs are OK…The rings are OK…Shipping speed is acceptable, and customer service is slow but they eventually helped to resolve my issue.

I honestly love charmed aroma! Their candles And bath bombs smell really good and it Is fun to get a surprise jewelry!! DONT except A nice expensive ring though. People complain that the rings are cheap and they are. But what do you except when you are buying a $25 candle. It鈥檚 also a gamble I have gotten many rings that are worth $10 and rings that are ugly. But I鈥檝e also got ones where they say they are worth 250 (which I don鈥檛 really believe) and ones that are super pretty and love !! I鈥檝e never experienced bad customer service. I鈥檝e dealt with them a bit and they have always been great! I have had several broken jewelry but they replaced it for me.. It鈥檚 fun and I鈥檝e spent well over a thousand $$$ over the past two Years and will continue to buy from them. My house smells good and my baths are fun!!

We have spent over $200 on candles in the last year and have not received any ring more than $50. Our last candle we purchased the ring inside was damaged since the tin foil wasn鈥檛 completely closed, the ring was appraised at $50. We emailed and they said they would send a replacement ring. They sent us a ring worth $10. I鈥檓 disgusted. This company is such a scam and money grabber. Don鈥檛 waste your money.

I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of candles and bath bombs and I have been quite happy with all of them. If you're expecting the gimmick of getting ring that's going to be worth a lot of money don't even bother if you just want the pure enjoyment of burning a nice candle or having a fun bath bomb with the surprise of getting costume jewellery that's what this is good for. The most expensive ring I've ever found was appraised on their website for $85 I have had several that were worth $10. They are all stamped 925, I don't imagine they are actually silver however these are the only rings I own that don't turn my fingers black. The sizing is different from ring to ring. Necklaces are very small probably at most 16 in, but that's the perfect size for me.

I used to buy a lot from online and then instore once they opened a location. Normally I was happy with the products, I liked the smell of the candles and bath bombs I didn鈥檛 expect much from the jewelry the odds of getting something decent is low anyway. I didn鈥檛 use all my bath bombs quickly and when I went to use one I broke it in half so I could use it twice I didn鈥檛 want a lot. It was all mouldy inside, I let customer service know and they looked into my order said because I bought it over 6 months ago they would not replace it and that they will mould in 6 months.no where do they mention this, I am so disappointed that they have such horrible customer service. They should let people know the bath bombs can mould in 6 months. I wasn鈥檛 asking for money back I just let them know and the girl originally mentioned a replacement herself and then said upper management said no to a replacement. I think I鈥檒l stick to lush for bath bombs now.

I went to the conestoga mall location and received amazing customer service from a girl with short hair and glasses. She was extremely nice and she made sure that we were satisfied with everything. She got us to buy something we weren鈥檛 looking to buy but she did an amazing job with up selling it. 10/10 for that employee!!

Candles aren鈥檛 horrible, some that I鈥檝e bought have had no sent to them when they were suppose to. Some of the jewelry looks cheap and are unidentifiable as to when the charm maybe. The customer support is even worse. I got the wrong size ring, didn鈥檛 even light the candle yet (size is on the bottom of the candle) and asked to get a replacement BOTH in store and on line and they wouldn鈥檛 do anything about it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE will not be ordering from this company again.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order. I received a few broken items and the rest of the order missing. The company have refused to do anything about it. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

I bought a candle at their store inside Limeridge Mall. I was totally deceived by the wrong infos given to me by the store associate, I was so honest to tell her, its my first time, how does it work, she asked for my ring size, i said 5 , she showed the candle that has size 5 only, i asked her, do i get any one of these 5 rings displayed , and she said for sure, how much is the lowest value for the ring, she said $89 dollars up for sure again. I was impressed I am only paying $28 something including tax. I went home, and to my surprise , I opened the ring that came inside the candle, its totally a different ring design and worth only $50…whats upsetting is I was misinformed, if i was told the correct infos, i could have had a different decision if I want to buy their product or not. But my gosh for a store to tell you an incorrect infos. thats is totally unacceptable ! Let's say the associate made a mistake, i reached out to the head office, no help given but for me to email the company?? i tried call this number 647-691-0923 and kept calling "no associate :" available? Why dont you care about customer issues and concerns, left message no one is calling back! To Charmed Aroma, please get back to me on this one.

I bought a candle for myself at a physical store, so I didn't have to pay shipping. It was pretty much exactly what I was expecting and I wasn't really disappointed.
I really liked the candle. It had a great smell, it was large and it had a beautiful candle holder. And it was actually cheaper then similar ones I could get somewhere else. I don't really see it as scam or rip off.
In the store, it also shows you all the possible rings you can get if you buy a particular candle, so I made sure to get one where all the things would be ok.
My ring is supposedly worth $65. But I honestly, don't believe that. I'm not sure I'm pleased work the practice of lyng to costumers. But I knew not to expect anything more. Of your buying this as a cheap way get a $1000 ring, you'll definitely be disappointed. If you're buying this product for what it is. A great candle, cute jewellery, and a fin experience. You won't be.

Hey guys, beware of the Conestoga mall charmed aroma store. The customer service is horrible there, I was treated incredibly horrible there. Plus, they have a lit candle in the store on the cashier desk. I was holding my jacket in my Arms and my jacket caught on fire. The person working at the store told my my jacket was burning and did not apologize for my jacket. That jackets is worth more than $200. It is unfortunate bc I love this store but the candle could have severely burn me if the fire wasn鈥檛 put out in time and I lost a newly bought jacket worth over $200.

The candles smell amazing and many of the rings are pretty. The main issue is that the appraisal amount that they say on their website is no where near what a jeweller will say it is worth. I got at $75 ring ( that is what the appraisal amount on their website) and was told that it was only worth the metal so I could get like $2.00. That is ridiculous! Have since stopped buying their products.

If I could give no stars i would. My husband bought one and didnt get a confirmation email, an estimated delivery date or a tracking number. After several emails he still does not have this information and the Charmed Aroma representatives are now not responding. He has requested his money back and they still will not respond. Thank God I took his phone and screen shotted the order number for him or he would have nothing at all. Think twice before ordering from them.

I placed an order on December 2nd and have yet to receive shipping info. I realize its a busy time but they state on the website the standard is 5-7 days before shipped out. As it's been 10 I emailed requesting them to let me know when they anticipate shipping a couple of days ago and haven't heard back.

Wish there was a phone number to call and not just an email system.

I can鈥檛 get a hold of anybody and my order hasn鈥檛 shipped. I鈥檝e order before and this didn鈥檛 happen so I鈥檓 super nervous. I placed it on the 3rd and still nothing….

They steal your money never shipped my order

Very stupid company. I sent a email 5 minutes after ordering my product to try and cancel it. They responded days later telling me it was impossible because it was already processed. Maybe if you guys didn鈥檛 have horrible customer service this wouldn鈥檛 be an issue. I do not want this candle. I was a stupid refund. I鈥檇 recommend finding a company that actually cares about customer service, they do not deserve your money.

The candle is nice, has nice scent. The ring looks like it came out of a bubble gum machine. Disappointed and won't order from again.
