Order and dispatch process good. Product not so impressive. As a seasoned flat pack furniture builder I have never experienced anything so tricky with the most unhelpful instructions imaginable! It took over 2.5 hours to build when the instructions claimed you could build the unit (Jamestown TV unit) in 45 mins. We had to use our own screws as those provided would not screw into the top of the unit and fitting the hinges was horrendous! Added to this there was a chip in the paintwork on the left hand side of the unit ( which fortunately wont be able to be seen) and also the lower part of one of the doors…. The request for this review was most timely arriving in my inbox as I sit here still recovering from the experience!!
