Husband bought me a coco Chanel watch as a gift from Hong Kong , recurved watch October 2018 upon opening watch noticed scratch on back of watch face, phoned into Chanel customer services, phone calls back and forth, after wearing watch for a few weeks whilst waiting for news re scratch I noticed that the watch was losing time, December 2018 watch sent in to the via courier, due to Xmas nothing till 26 January 2019, explained to me battery had to be replaced, and with regards to scratch they would need to follow up with Hong Kong store, after many chase up emails and phone calls, Recurved this reply.

As you can imagine, I was shocked to receive this response for a watch that is clearly expensive, and felt that I was being blamed for something I obviously did not do.
