Chandler Fashion Center

I really like this mall. It's so big and lots of space. They have a lot of stores I'm not use to seeing in Vegas or California. It's a little confusion going on because of COVID but most of the stores are open. The food court is huge as well. I didn't eat there cause being a vegan sometimes the options are few and far between. I love, love the jewelry store "Lovisa!" They have the cutest most unique jewelry and the prices aren't bad. I definitely recommend this mall for all your shopping needs.

Love the atmosphere at this mall and the staff is very friendly. They're doing a great job with all of the crazy COVID requirements.

Nice place to shop, eat & hangout.

They have Harkins here as well!

Glad there's some shade when your outside but not much.

Pretty standard mall here. Mostly clothes but there are a few reasons to come here: both an Apple Store and a Microsoft Store (on opposite ends of the mall so they don't get each other's cooties).
/* Tried to find a Linux store but there was just a big pile of bricks and shelves. */

There's an ok food court, GameStop, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy, a small splash pad that may or may not be turned on, and a number of free-standing restaurants and stores around the mall. There's also a nice Barnes and Noble with cafe that serves Starbucks drinks but has way better food.

Also the obligatory booths down the mall walkways with sales people trying to flirt their way into getting you to buy salt lotions or whatever.

Overall it's a pretty decent mall and I have spent some time here.

I have been coming to this mall since it first opened. My daughter is 15 now and this was literally her FIRST public outing in the real world as a newborn baby! I loved walking the mall with her as a toddler, getting myself a coffee at Nordstrom's, going to Barnes and Noble, and then watching her burn energy in the play area. We always had to check out Build a Bear too! During holidays, we would ride the choo choo train and visit Santa. Ah memories…

Fast forward to now and we still love coming here, except now we love shopping together and having girl time along with Grandma. My teenager's faves: Forever 21, H&M, Sephora (my fave too!) and Mine: Express, Victoria's Secret, Footlocker (I have a sneaker obsession, well shoes in general). My mom's faves are Ann Taylor, Loft, Macy's, & Dillard's. Honestly we could spend all day at this mall!

Going shopping can work up an appetite, so we always look forward to splurging at Wetzels Pretzels and Boba Tea Co. and if we are going to eat a sit down meal, it's great to have different choices depending on what we crave: sushi at Kona? Thai? Rubio's? Pizza? Cheesecake factory?

Harkins is right next to the mall and tons of other restaurants. Parking can be crazy on the weekends. They do have valet over by the food court entrance, although I've never used it.

All in all, Chandler Mall is my favorite mall! Nice enough to get cute and get out of the house and out of the heat with a good mix of high end stores, boutiques, and all our faves. This place is very nostalgic for me and I will definitely continue to support this mall on a regular basis. Who knows, you might see me there one day lol

Ever since moving to AZ, I have never spent so much time at the mall.

Why? Not because I'm a shopper but because I became a part time mall walker.

I guess I'm showing my age here but when I don't want to go to the gym and just want to just get out, my husband and I head over and walk with all the seniors, new mommies and fitness minded. This mall opens at 6 AM. It's awesome.

At the same time when we time it right and we head over during the late afternoon, we are able to get some quick eats in the food court. This mall is clean, safe and parking easy to get to and has good big box retailers in the center. You will not want for anything.

So whether you're a mall walker or not, if you're in Chandler you should check it out as it has everything you need from shoes to fashion and best thing about it, it's hardly ever crowded.

I love this mall. A little bit of a confusing layout but has really great stores and everything is always very clean. I usually park outside one of the department stores and walk in that way because it's a very big mall and that's how I'm able to find my car again.

Just walking around the mall, it appears that the mall is a bit outdated and has probably seen better days. However in terms of indoor malls in the Phoenix area I would say this is one of the better ones! It is very spacious and even in a Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of room to walk around. I enjoyed the shops featured inside the mall and employees at all the shops I visited were extremely friendly and helpful. I will likely visit again!

Nice indoor shopping center. Great choice of stores, places to eat and it's clean. It wasn't busy on Thursday afternoon. I was with a group of people and we all agreed it was the best mall/center we have been to in Arizona so far.

This place is my go to mall! I come here all the time for clothes shopping or if I need more makeup! It's not as big as Scottsdale fashion square, but the retail people here are a lot nicer than at Scottsdale fashion square! They also have an adoption center here too, that's where I adopted my dog, it's owned by Arizona Animal Welfare league and SPCA as well.
So it's your typical mall to go to if you need something or just to hang out!

We were looking for something to keep our baby busy and amused. This is my favorite mall so far because it has a lot of stores and things to do with your kids. Loved their playroom in this space you can make a stop from shopping while your kiddos are having fun and socialize with other kiddos.

Clean, spacious, and indoors- what's not to love? It has all the things one appreciates about a mall: the smell of pretzels, a play place for kids, and the full roster of classic stores you would expect. There's an elf workshop for Christmas up now, in early November, and it seems like everything is fully geared up for the holidays.
My millennial nostalgia for preteen consumer culture got real as I walked around. Take your teens' phones and drop them off here.

I'm not a mall walker nor am I one that you'll find visiting the mall often. My family visited Chandler Fashion Center today with the intent to escape the high temps. It was our first visit. My first impression? The parking spots remind me of my grandmothers sardine cans. They are tiiiight and hard to come by. I'm already getting heart palpitations thinking about what this place is like during the Christmas season.

As others have noted in their reviews the major anchor stores makeup the greatest square footage combined: Macy's, Dillards, Sears (shocking they're still around), and Nordstroms. The mall is clean and bright with an easy means of getting around unlike the mega malls I'm used to like the Illinois Schaumburg mall or Mall of America. In retrospect, I think parking was much easier to find there than this place. I thought the major restaurants were connected to the mall, but only found them accessible outside. Not ideal when one is trying to escape the sun's rays.

This double decker mall houses all of your standard stores. And, it's a nice place to spend some time with friends and family in the desert.

This is for the Macys eyewear and home goods section. We went last weekend and were greeted and helped by two very nice women. We were going to buy sunglasses somewhere else, but we thought of giving them a try at the Macys. I forget her name, but she was so helpful in helping my sister find her perfect sunglasses.

The lady who helped us with the cookware was also helpful!

What can I say. The bathrooms are disgusting. Barnes and Noble is the bomb. The pet store has nothing but mutts. The pretzel shacks are good to have and leave your fingertips greasy but hey that's why they have VANS to clean your hands on the shirts….
I like this mall it's a nice environment. I wish there was two main elevators to accommodate everyone even the slobbish patrons that want to squeeze in them instead of walking to a escalator. Of course I have kids and one in a stroller. The little play land is so full of conjunctivitis causing bacteria my eyes just start to water when I walk by that place. I just walk fast and smile at all the families with red swollen eyes!
Parking can be a beast! I am a man of habit and try to park in the Same area.. I wish KB toy store could come back
All in all I have been to some raunchy malls and this is bar far a classier mall… I am a tough critic and this is a good rating..

I'm a not a mall girl. I shop at thrift stores and online shopping. Mainly because shopping malls are normally flooded with kids, especially on weekends. This hasn't been my experience here at Chandler Fashion Center. Every time I've been there it's a good shopping experience.

I have been walking in this mall 3-5 times a week for the last few years. For the last few months the men's bathroom off the food court has been consistently filthy. I texted the management office concerning this 3 different times with no response. I then stopped by the management office and filed a formal complaint on the mall form that was given to me. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear back from them. Chandler Fashion Center obviously does not give a damn about what their customers think, and doesn't think clean bathrooms are a priority. A once great mall is on its way down. At a time when brick and mortar retail is losing hold to online shopping, you would think they would want to go above and beyond to retain customers for the stores they serve. Shop here if cleanliness is not a concern of yours!

Okay so I remember when this Fashion Center opened. Many of the awesome stores have closed that I loved like J Crew, Banana Republic The Limited etc…. I know times are changing but i do miss those stores and they brought me to this mall weekly. Ok enough of the old times.

You can still find cool stores here. There is something for everyone, while it's not the Scottsdale Fashion Square you still have Nordstrom's, Macy's and the Apple Store which always looks different when you stop by. You can still bring your children and have a break in their play area which is by Barnes and Noble. Catch a movie and then go eat at some fun restaurants. The mall is surrounded by so many different stores you can spend all day in this area of town. They even have a Jamba Juice in the mall!! Heck yeah as Napoleon Dynamite would say. I still shop at my go to stores which is fine but it is still nice to browse and support the economy.
