Champions League-tickets

I purchased a ticket for the Champions league final.
In the build up To my purchase, they were the most helpful people possible, however since my payment that have failed to give me delivery tracking details as promised, and in addition have not replied to any of my emails
Please do use this company, and I believe this is a scam, should I of course receive my tickets I will update this, please think hard before booking with this company
