As an older worker, it's not easy finding a job. So when my job was eliminated in mid September, I sought out resources and the most valued was Chameleon Resumes. I followed their resume writing advice and bought some support tools. It wasn't easy. I have a supportive, smart spouse. I'm an optimist. Still, it's a grind with lots of lows and highs. I'm very happy to write this review. I initially simply watched Lisa Rangel's informational presentation on resume writing, and went from there. The impact was in re-thinking how I was seen as a professional. Both her (and team's) work represents great advice to career-minded individuals who strive to be seen in a way that accurately represents who they are today – and for a job-seeker, that's critical for potential employment. I won't state that I followed every last piece of advice, but it did expand my thinking quite a bit.

Lisa is very easy to work with. She helped my college age son prepare for interviews. Well, I wish I would have realized this sooner. It wasn't until after I purchased a package from "Lisa Rangel" that I realized it was a bad decision. My experience with Lisa and the team was dissatisfying to say the least. She missed our initial phone consultation, told me she had a conflict in her calendar and did not even apologize. Then she proceeded to reschedule without much flexibility.

The resume/finished product was no better than the one I originally sent her. She simply copied and pasted the content I had already written, into a somewhat nicer format/design. For the price I paid (which I am embarrassed to say), this was NOT a good deal at all.
