I would give 0 stars if I could! I ordered a giant retro floor lamp in a so called teal colour. However when it was delivered it was a dark green shade. Nothing like the picture online.

I was asked to email a picture as I wanted a refund. CFS want me to pay a 拢60 uplift fee!!!!

This is the first time I have ordered from them and also the LAST!! Would never recommend them or order from the again!!!

Do not use this company, I paid 拢60 to have my wardrobe delivered upstairs ,After waiting a fortnight longer than the delivery date, ,it came and they couldn't get it into the bedroom after damaging the walls so it was just left.
After contacting customer services I had to pay 拢60 for them to order the unglued wardrobes which would take another fortnight. After a month they brought the very same item as before and didn't even take it off the lorry. .My son-in -law then took the doors off the original wardrobe and with the help of a friend got the wardrobe into the bedroom and fixed it. This was six weeks after I had first ordered. Supposed to take one to two weeks delivery.
Customer services then refunded my 拢60 but not the 拢20 I had paid to be delivered upstairs..

Great website and prices, but the worst customer service:
– They don't contact you to let you know what's going on once the ETA has expired and leave all the chasing to you
-Those answering the phones are also bordering on rude and are just generally unhelpful
-I was told I could choose date of delivery but that didn't happen – they just forced a date upon me
-Night before delivery they text me to say they were coming at 6am
-They leant a piece of the bed against the wall and it stained the wall

Very poor customer service skills. Received automated emails regarding my order from February only to be told on the ETA date they were automated and not correct. Have waited 15 weeks to get my Wardrobe and it's not complete due to damage in transit. This company will also take money out of your account without any notice and not even the correct amount. I wont be using them again, there are other options.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Website states 2-3 Weeks delivery and it took 12 Weeks!! 拢1400 for an ercol wardrobe that has been dumped in the garage.

Should have gone to Furniture Village as they put the item together for the same price and they don't bullsh1te the delivery times!!!!

This company seems to operate under various different names. I ordered a mattress from the Choice Furniture Store website with a delivery date of 2 – 4 weeks and received a confirmation email stating that it would be delivered within this time frame.
Thankfully I only paid a deposit and not in full as a few days later I received a call to say that they could not actually supply the mattress I had ordered as it was no longer being manufactured!
Having asked then and there for my deposit to be refunded this took some time to be received.
Some weeks later, CFS are still advertising the same mattress – which they KNOW they cannot supply – as being for sale on their website with a delivery time of 2 – 4 weeks.
Please be aware that this company does not necessarily operate honestly and does not offer speedy refunds.

Do Not use. After cancelling an order that was due to be delivered in 4 – 6 weeks that extended I cancelled under the distance selling regulations. Have been trying to get my 拢700 deposit back for almost a month. after multiple emails and calls where they say they are processing I am at the end of my patience and am taking them through the small claims court.

Discgracefull company.

Having tried to apply a discount voucher, it was refused, so I phoned, and was told someone would call back within 30 minutes.
When that call didn't come, I tried phoning and got no answer, so I left a message on their webchat as well as sending an email.
Next day I had an email from "Bill" asking why I hadn't completed my order, so I explained, and got no reply.
I got an email later saying I could call back, which I tried and no-one answered, so I emailed.
After 3 full days of trying to complete this purchase, I was told I could buy the item at full price – or wait until Friday – i.e. a week later to place my order. I wrote to Bill several times asking for resolution, and copied several emails to him without any result.
I am now buying the equivalent item from another company that has a ***** rating.
Avoid this company – it is a competitive market with better companies out there.

never in my life have I experienced anything so bad.

take my advice and do not touch with a barge pole they could not give a fig

The worst customer service I have ever received. Waited in all morning for my delivery, even called to check it was on its way. Received a call late morning from the delivery van driver to say that he had broken down and I wouldn鈥檛 be receiving my item. Called Customer services who were completely unhelpful. It isn鈥檛 possible to speak to anyone to rearrange delivery (allegedly no phones in the warehouse!) or speak to anyone who can give me any information. I will never order anything from this company again and deeply regret that I have in the first place. Beyon poor service which is why I have written my first ever bad review!

Absolutely love my sideboard. A really solid, well made piece of furniture with beautiful wood. Ordering was easy and it arrived very quickly. The price was reasonable too.

Frankly an appalling experience.

Delivery was about two weeks later than I was told it would be. When delivery was arranged it was for a date I had told them already I could not be at home.

When the item arrived the colour was nothing at all like the picture on the website. They described this as natural colour variation, a version of black is a natural variation of white. Sadly I can't upload the pictures that demonstrate this.

When I asked to return the item they insisted on a further 拢65 collection charge (to send back an item that was not what I had ordered) and then cannot collect for another two weeks.

Hate to leave bad reviews but this one was a shocker. Steer clear.

Wardrobes we ordered are of good quality but CFS customer service is worst I have ever had. we informed that the day after delivery that the end panel had not been delivered (they admitted they forgot to order this) and we were 1 hinge missing. These were due in mid January, after chasing was told it will be end of January, after chasing was told would be delivered during the day later that week, End panel arrived at 8.30pm but not hinge. When you ring, don't both leaving a message, they never phone back, also don't go on hold as they never answer. Once I got through they said it was mislaid in warehouse would reorder, this was also lost in warehouse & reordered, Was then told before Easter it had been reordered and would be with us by 14th April, now been told supplier is out of stock won't be in till ed of April. Have waited now for over 4 months, over 20 phone calls and many unanswered email and still don't have the hinge!
28.04.18 update, was told on 23.04.18 that hinge was in and would be sent via TNT on 27.04.18, waited in all day and no delivery. When I honed to ask where it was they hung up on me TWICE. Now been waiting for 5 months!

My only quibble is that the text said I would receive a call 30 minutes before delivery , this never happened and although not rude they could have been friendly.

Absolute rubbish and fail miserably with their guarantees , then after taking money up front make you wait ages for refund . Still waiting for mine .
