This is a scam! I placed an order in March and have only received excuses. These people need to be locked up for theft.

I ordered in April. Received a letter that due to COVID delivery will be delayed. I emailed this week but email failed and couldn鈥檛 deliver.

My order was charged to my CC card account. This is a SCAM!

I placed an order back in March and got the order confirmation email. I never received the products or an email stating the products have been shipped. I tried sending their customer support an email but it does not exist.

Biggest Rip-Off!!! Ordered in March, never received the product. I emailed back in April & finally got a response from Kanan Rzayev(probably not a person). He said it would be coming soon.. Never received.. Emailed support again today & email came back 鈥淒oes not Exist鈥?

Same as everyone else! Ordered and paid for item in March. I sent an email to the 鈥渟upport鈥?link in the confirmation email at 45 days from purchase to inquire where my product was – got a reply from someone saying it shouldn鈥檛 be much longer. Sent them another email at day 70 from purchase and got the same error message that others are reporting. Total SCAM!! Going to dispute the charge since I never received anything.

Appears to be a scam.. I placed an order march 18th 2020 and still have not received my item.. price was only 17 bucks but hey.. its mine

Cessante is a scam! DO NOT give them any money!!! Con artists – I ordered in March. Haven't received item and their online store and customer service email are not working. Especially despicable to take people's money during this time of exploding unemployment…

This company does NOT deserve any stars. I ordered and "paid" for 20 packs of the soap packs and once I finally received them I only got 5 of them. I send an email and they told me to wait 10.more days to see if I would get the remaining 15 or if I want to return them I would have to pay for shipping for something that was their error. I have waited way over the recommended 10 days and when I tried to send another email requesting my money back but received this message below:

This is a total scam and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau immediately!!

It's not at all to be tollrated, how come they scam these many people's money. How come we able to get our money. It's been more than 75 days. No update on order, charged already $45 aud. They need an end card, but how….!

Placed an order over 2 months ago and never got my items!!!! Frauds!!!! Bunch of thieves!!! I'm reporting them to BBB!!! Eveyone should!!

If there were a ZERO that would be my rate. I`m in the same boat as the rest of you. Placed an order in April, nothing. Should have known when the tracking number didn`t work. Tried e-mailing as well, didn`t go through. Thank god my order was under $15.00 and used a prepaid credit card. Yes, the money was taken right away. Most definitely a SCAM. Found this site on INSTAGRAM, my first and last time ordering anything off of Instagram.

Terrible company! Rate zero! A scam. Placed my order March 6th and not received. Emailed a couple times and told item was sent but could be delayed due due virus. Followed up Again today a d received 鈥楢ddress not found – could not be delivered鈥? I checked for the site and it no longer exists!

I emailed this company about my item that I haven't receive , it's already been two months, no reply from them, it's says no address has been found, what a scam!!

Looks like a scam. I鈥檝e ordered the product 2 months and half ago still received nothing! I鈥檝e emailed to the customer service but they suggested me to be patient.LOL! It's more than 50 days. Unreliable and fake 鈥漜ompany鈥?

Also ordered 14 Mar and to date no package. Sent an email On April 20th to be told package on the way but no tracking number. Was asked to be patient. Tried to send a follow email and got an 鈥渦ndeliverable鈥?to my email.

Never received my package…..Cessante have stopped responding to my emails, and it鈥檚 been over 2 months (45 days) for my product to arrive.

Shipping delayed, wrong product and now emails undeliverable

I ordered my product in late March, emailed them in late April to cancel and they would not, they said it was on it鈥檚 way. My order arrived today (two months later) and it鈥檚 missing a manual, it鈥檚 not as started in the picture that I ordered from and I can鈥檛 use it as I require the information in the manual.

I emailed them to inquire and the email address is no longer valid.

Stuck with the product that I can鈥檛 use.

Placed an order (#2483) on March 2nd and almost 3 months later I have still not received the order. I emailed several times and finally got a response that it was shipped without a tracking number!
Well, that was a month ago – almost 3 months now without seeing my order. I just tried sending a new email to the same email address I had used prior and it bounced back saying it is not valid ! SCAM! Will be reporting this to BBB.

I wish I could rate ZERO … this company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them. I ordered my product on March 9th,2020. I emailed them twice once for my product and the other for my refund. They said the product was in the mail but they have no tracking number and ask you to be patient because of COVID. This is one BIG SCAM. When I went to email them a third time the email was returned because the email address could not be found. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST ….

I ordered in april 16 and didn鈥檛 get a tracking number but they were good about answering my email just to tell me to keep waiting. Now that I asked for a refund I get no response. I needed those things I Ordered for my cats and don鈥檛 have the extra money to just give to this company. I ordered the duo black cat bowls and a water fountain swan one . Very mad at the company.

I have the same issue – ordered products via two orders on 29 Feb. Today is 19 May, but products not delivered. Order numbers 2347 and 2339.

Followed up with two emails to enquire , but received standard reply – to be patient.

I think this company is a scam.
