DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 10 cases for my employees cell phones and only one came in the mail. I waited thinking it will come later but it never did. I reached out to them about the issue and they asked to see the packaging. Who keeps the packaging in this era of E commerce? Nobody who isnt a hoarder. This is clearly their tactic to take advantage of people. Never ever ever order anything from this company unless you want to be extremely frustrated and a few hundred dollars short on a product. Good luck

First order my case on 11/18. They never mailed it out until I emailed them on the 25th! Then they said it delivered and it wasn't! I'm still waiting for a replacement today. As I texted them for a refund! Ridiculous also they advertise free shipping and then charge you! DONT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! They love to flood your email with discounts too I unsubscribed finally. Why would i buy from you again?!

I have ordered several items from this company in the past and haven't had a problem. Of course, that was prior to my need to return an item that's not worked out for me and that's where it all fell apart. Their customer service is beyond horrible there isn't a word to describe it. Heed the warnings about this company, people! Do not do business with them or its at your own risk.

A bit disappointed in quality. Phone magnet is not strong and phone doesn't feel secure. All my previous orders were fine but I did not get lucky this time.

Terrible products! Protective phone cover for $20 fell off whenever I dropped my phone. "Free" w purchase recharger was crap and didn't even plug into my IPhone 11. Phone case was bulky and ugly鈥攔eturned for refund May 16, sent 2 emails along w photos of shipping labels and heard no reply. After 3rd email Demanding refund got notice of refund October 14,5 months later! Minus shipping and restocking fees. Would NEVER recommend this company!

I got exactly what I ordered with no hassles and it was very timely. I've since made the same order with the same result. Thanks Cellular Outfitter for helping me land accessories for my phones!

Wanted to return brand new i phone holder, just to large. Tried to fill out return form on line but would not work properly so i emailed company. They responded telling me to go to the web site fill out form. I wold them FOUR times i tried that and their rep Paulyne kept emailing me the same answer. They still have done nothing about this and Paulyne doesn't appear to care one way or another. Buy things on line all the time and never been treated with such a no care attitude i would not recomend this company ever

Ask for my money back after waiting 15 days They quit answering my questions. 19 days later the product finally showed up. I would not recommend them.

They sent me 3 of the exact same case and screen saver, but not in the same box, so I had to pay shipping and tax and they didn't even take the promo code off. And they added a vip. So I am sending it all back. Forget them! PLEASE DON'T do business with them. You will be sorryL

When placing my order they added an item to my shopping cart I did not want. They don't tell you shipping cost until after you provide your credit card information. I received my order 1 month after placing it, in spite of two contacts to them to enquire about its status and one to the credit card company I used to pay for the order. I receive daily e-mails of "deals". The received item was as advertised.

Company can not deliver an order in a timely manner. Customer support is a joke. They just say the package is on its way. Tracking information is unclear as to where the package is. So far, they have refused a refund. For a company that claims to be the largest distributor of parts, they are run very poorly.

In April, PRIOR TO Mother's day, I ordered a phone cover for a Mother's Day present. I was notified a week later it was out of stock and I was given another choice. Another week goes by and another notification of out of stock. I was given a third choice I DID NOT WANT NOR ASK FOR. As of 4:51 pm 24 Jun 20 I have not received ANY product from the post office, ups or cellular outfitters. Even tried to call the company 323-709-7387 four times and was hung up on by a machine. Help!

It took over two weeks to get my screen protectors and then they were for a totally different phone. I've sent over 15 messages to customer support and they never responded. They will take your money and just send you whatever they have on hand, whether it fits your phone or not. They are a scam and don't waste' your time or money.

This company does not have a phone number that answers. They have a static tracking page that does not update.
They do notvreply to requests for updates by email or any other method.
Avoid them like the plague!!!!

This site is horrible, i ordered from them and they said 5-7 business days it will be shipped…. its been 3 weeks and I've messaged customer support for a refund and to check on my phone cases and nothing. Just an email saying they have received my email… ridiculous. Never again!

This company should refund all customers. They take your money and never ship out the product. No one answers emails or phone calls after trying. Don't do business with them. Avoid this website. They should be investigate for fraud. I ordered a phone case and never received it and it has been close to two months.

My was a 3-6 business day delivery. 13 business days later no del nor updates on order. I finally submitted a cancellation and requested refund. And literally next day recurved and email that my order was shipped, yet no shipping info avail.? Report as Scam

They took my money but wont respond to several emails about where is my order. This is out of line and not professional

I ordered a glitter for my phone on May,15 I paid the money with my bank card they said is going to be 3 to 6 days to deliver my order to me but still now I haven't get my order, I emailed them a couple time they emailed me back stating that some body is going to contact with me but never, I went to their website and entered my order number I surprised when I found my order not shipped yet, it seems to me they are scam or they don't care about customers or the have a bad management experience,, any way I will not deal with them again and I advice people to stay away from them.

Do not waste your time trying to order anything from these people. Ordered May 9th and still no shipment or tracking. Numerous emails go unanswered except for 1. Trying to blame Covid19 now, saying they are short handed and it will take another 2-3 business days after waiting 11 already. I call bull$#*!.
Filed a PayPal dispute and will update to a claim if I don't see my refund.
This is why I don't buy anything unless it's through eBay, Amazon or they accept PayPal.
Can't believe these $#*!s are still able to sell online.

I placed an order on 5/9/20 was told 3 to 6 days, 9 days later the order still has not shipped, I went on there site and put in a request to see where my order was, I received a computer generated message saying some one would contact me, That didn't happen Wish I could make this ZERO STARS

I placed an order on May 6. Still has not shipped. Phone # not in service and they do not respond to emails or messages. Going to file a dispute with PayPal

Very very bad customer service I will not give one star, I Purchased one phone cases from $14 and up to be $20…..10 days still not receive it , then never answer the phone ,never answer email , never answer text message , I cancel the order .

The case I got was exceptional. the only issue was shipping time. Didnt meet expectations. Took a week to ship. them it arrived in 3 to 6 business days as advertised. dont order if u need it in a hurry.

It's been almost a month since I ordered from them and STILL HAVEN'T received my order !!! I will never order from them again. You would get faster results ordering from WISH. (Located in China)!
