Waited for more, then a month, never received replies from customer support. Package arrived, but had missing details, so the whole item is useless now.

I ordered this on black friday and after sending them an email saying that I never received a tracking number or a package they said they had just now shipped it…five days before Christmas… I doubt I'll get it

I ordered a dress in 2017 that arrived damaged. Notified Catchtopia they said to send pictures. Sent pictures, they said they'd send me a new dress – never received it and never got a response. Still trying to get the dress or a refund, its now 2018.

I ordered the navy pant suit with pockets May 05 2017, and still no product, they keep replying that they will send but never do,even sent me an apology to make up for this problem, all they will do is charge me shipping and handling!

I do a TON of online shopping and this is BY FAR the worst company I have ever purchased from. They charged me for the product the same day I made the purchase but 75 days later I have yet to receive it. The tracking info they provide gives me an error message and forget about reaching anyone to help you. I have spammed their email and online chat feeds for over a month. It took over 2 weeks to even get a chat reply, still no email reply, for the purchase to say they need to check on the order and promised to respond the next day which was days ago and still have no heard anything, despite my constant messaging. Save yourself the biggest headache you will ever experience and find another company to buy from.

I ordered two winter hats in early December. It's now early March, and I've received NOTHING. I've tried to respond to an email I received, and my message bounced back. I tried to find a Web site–and I've found nothing. This place is clearly a huge SCAM.

Ordered the Cosmos Star Projector 17 November 2017, it is now 16 December 2017. My tracking number yields no results. I have emailed and used the chat feature- both have gone unanswered. Totally *unprofessional* and *borderline criminal*. I will be getting my money back and I will inform everyone I can to avoid giving them business. I hope more people check these reviews before they make the same mistake that I and apparently many others have made.

Ordered a dress in July. Came yesterday. It is ugly. It is worse then poorly made. It took 90 days to arrive. It was replete with numerous manufacturing defects AND it in no way resembled picture of item. STAY AWAY. GUARANTEED DISAPPOINTMENT

Took 3 months to arrive and then when it did, the product was not as advertised, it required total assembly of all parts including electrical parts, all instructions in Chinese. Incredibly misleading company. No response to my attempts at contact.

I ordered the star lamp on September 28, 2017 and it still has not arrived. Today is December 30, 2017! Never heard anything from this company, DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered a star projector October 14th No clue where it is. "shipping" number I finally received Friday, November 3rd. I was asked to wait until Tues/Wed to track. As of today, Thursday, November 9th, tracking is showing no package in its system. And now 'Bianca' has quit responding. I have contacted my bank to dispute charges, and I have contacted PayPal to report them as a fraudulent company. What a nightmare these people are. I have kept all email correspondence to turn over to the Credit Card company.

Typical scammer nowadays. Order, pay and never receive anything. Moving forward check reviews before ordering. I reported them to BBB and the McAfee secure is also crap.

I ordered 6 Guardian Angel Flower Vases for my daughter's memorial service….they were over a month late in coming and then 3 of the six were shattered. I wrote to them 9 times and 9 times they told me they would give me an answer/refund. It's been over 3 months, still nothing and I am out $65. If you want to waste your money, just go outside and burn it – don't make these scam artists any richer.

This company sucks! Ordered a Moon lamp and didn't receive the charger or the porcelain hand that comes with it. Repeatedly sent emails with "I'll check into it"… then nothing. I'll never use this company and I'm posting on every FB page I belong to!

First of all I would like to say that, the website (catchtopia) is very user friendly I have had no problems navigating through it looking for products I want to purchase or even just simple browsing.

The products they offer are high in quality but low in price, which is excellent.

Customer support is fabulous and always willing to help.

The offers they have are great, knocking off a lot of the RRP providing you with a great price to purchase at, which alone makes me recommend the website.

You can find almost anything you look for within reason of course.

They offer many different shipping and payment options, which are processed fast and elegantly.

Shipping time is, the fastest I've seen from another country.

So, all in all? Do I recommend this website to purchase your products from in the future? yes I certainly do.

It's been a month that I have not received my order. Tracking also does not work. Not buying there again

The recent good reviews must be from company insiders. This company is scam. They give canned non responses to delayed orders and then when you try to cancel the order they send junk. I tried to challenge the purchase on my credit card after sending back the merchandise and it was denied. This company has fine print and they know how to work the scam. Be warned and don't fall for it

I just wished I would have read this before ordering from this company. The same thing happened to me as has happened to many others. I received a dress after contacting them numerous times to get my order. Upon receipt found that the dress looked nothing like it looked on the ad on Facebook (false advertising) and it was made of cheap, flimsy material. Also, it was essentially an extra small, when I ordered a large! It was marked large, but coming direct from China, who knows what their size structure is. When letting them know about all of this, I got nothing but excuses and was redirected to read their return policy etc. They said they put disclaimers on their website about their sizes running small and that the material is thin? I could find no such disclaimers. Also running small? Really? It was clearly the wrong size. They gave excuse after excuse, so I put in a claim with Paypal. I am awaiting Paypal's decision, but trust they will do the right thing. I cannot imagine that they would want to be associated with this type of fraud

Do not buy from this company. I made the mistake of doing so. It took forever to get the junk from China they sent and when I inquired how to return it, they ignored me. I made several attempts and they don't respond. The item they sent did not look like the photo and when I say it was junk, it's junk. E careful and font be deceived by the photos. They are not legit and won't communicate. Don't buy

I ordered a dress June 11th and I have not received it yet! I see all the other reviews have been treated the same way. Also when you contact customer service you get a standard reply. I plan to contact my credit card service and have them reverse the charge.

I used to be a regular buyer of another platform, I already knew catchtopia but I did not know how it worked, after I knew it I found the best online store since the shipments are fast, the customer service is excellent and also gives us points ( these points are used to obtain discount on purchases) for the reviews of the products that are received in addition to discount coupons. In short catchtopia is incredible. Recommended.

Don't do business with this company. I received a dress which was labeled an XL in size and it was actually a small or Xsmall. I had already received the dress in a Medium and decided it was a little tight so ordered another one in XL to be safe. The XL arrived and was smaller than the medium. The company has refused to even give me a return address so I can exchange for a real XL. They replied to my emails at first and then just stopped replying to my emails. I am reporting to BBB.

Total scam. BEWARE. Ordered off a Facebook Ad. Many emails telling me to read the fine print. Standard responses were issued. Disappointed

Like all the others, this took ages to arrive (ordered 11th July, arrived 14th August) and was very bad quality when it did. Olivia dress, cheap and not very nice. Had heated exchange with customer services where they pointed out that there delivery times are clearly stated etc etc, that they might be but this pushed their estimated time to its maximum (2 to 4 weeks) and no it was caught up in Customs clearance. I shall be returning the garment and am sure that my refund will take just as long to arrive! Avoid.
