I used to play with them a while ago and everythig was ok. Suddenly one of my withdrawals wasn't going to my credit card. They told me they changed "card processors" and that I had to choose another method. I tried echeck – guess what – didn't go though either. They said wrong bank info. I double checked and the info was right. Money bounced back into my account.
I played high stakes for fun and lost it.
They did ask for a void check to "help me out" and now never heard back about the "problem" with the bank infos. So don't go There. They just cannot pay. The void check "help" was maybe a fraud attempt.

Also – multiple times welcome bonuses were not credited. Everytime I went to the chat to talk about it they told me they couldn't help me because of covid 19…short on staff…

Casino Rewards is one of the biggest online scammers! played on most of their casinos and I only get robbed or scammed on every one. Stay away from any of their sites, unless you want to be scammed.

Total rip off when i initially started playing you could win 2 or 300$ every few times. However i have wagered hundreds of Dollars and its been over 8 months since i won anything. Garbage. I closed my accounts.

I had an ok experience at first. Then I accidentally created an account on another one of their casinos (no message that I had an account with same email address), and my account was flagged as an abuser. I asked to have my accounts removed and they said no. The customer service was very one sided, theirs. Do not get wrapped up in this unless you have money to burn. You could always just burn it too, at least you鈥檇 have heat in the end.

i can't say it was an extremely bad experience, though it could be better

Money goes straight through every time.About 8 months back they changed bonus playthrough from 30 x to 200x ,unclearable,monopoly money equivalent.
When asked about this they replied so uk players could make withdrawals with bonus still active.
All other uk casinos have this policy with 30x to 40x max playthrough.
Nothing but greed involved on thier part.what a joke

I used to enjoy playing at casino rewards and have been a customer for about 6 years or more. My favourite was zodiac and golden tiger casino as both had good payouts and the bonuses and wagering amounts were attractive. Over the last year or so payouts have been awful, hardly any scatters/free features during the game and the wagering is horrendous x200. What a joke. Its bad enough that its VERY difficult to win anything with real money yet alone trying to win anything on bonuses. On 拢20 alone the wagering on that would be 拢4000. Basically casino rewards has made it as difficult as they possibly can to win anything. At the moment this would be the place to avoid or do not take them up on their match up bonuses. It takes the mickey out of people.

I have mixed feelings about this casino. I seem to have won $300 here. But then I decided to play another game and the balance just disappeared. The support service says that I lost in it, but don't understand how could I lost the money there because I just entered the game. I don鈥檛 know, I won鈥檛 return here.

I have played many online casinos over the years the ones associated with casino rewards seems to have pretty fair chances of winning, that is if you leave with your money once you have won. Even though they have the same games at the casinos the odds or rtp seem to vary for the same game at a different casino. And you may be playing along feeling a pretty generous rtp, but it changes or stops paying out. Then you have to change something or stop or you will lose all your winnings back. I Know when I have quit while I was ahead I have left with considerable winnings, alternatively I have also kept playing after I had won lots and lost it all back. I usually win a hundred or two before playing it back into games I enjoy playing. It teaches you self control and how to quit while your ahead before you lose. Payouts take a few days and it can be tempting to risk it again. I would say I feel confident I can win money most times I play at these casino, and gradually more confident that I will get to keep more of what I win.

Definitely not recommended… I have been playing this casino for awhile mostly live dealer blackjack… the site has glitched on me several times not allowing me to make a decision on my hand… the last and final time was a split on aces the site did not accept.. the hand played out without me being able to make a decision.. Casino Rewards took a week and a half to look into it and in the end did NOTHING about it… a site should take responsibility for their errors but not here… I am a "platinum member" and still nothing done…. Don't do it. Great at first, but when there's $$ that goes missing via etransfer deposits… it'll take weeks. It's been 4 weeks today and they keep saying the same thing… even though I provided them proof. LIARS SCAMMERS and CHEATS!
