Like a lot of the below posts say, I sent everything requested – having joined other sites I realise it鈥檚 protocol. But unlike other sites this is already becoming a long drawn out process. It took 4 days to get a response to numerous emails – after waiting 72 hours to get verified. When I read the email it stated I鈥檇 been sent an email requesting other documents (I 100% had not) because I used a 3rd party payment. When in fact I鈥檇 only ever used my debit card!!! I suspect I鈥檒l be waiting another few days for a response to email last night!!
Also, no live chat and as said previously the 0800 phone number is a dead line!!

Received an email today apologising. Telling me I have now been verified and my withdrawals will be processed.

I send them everything they asked, it took them 5 days to review it and rejected the proof of address and then took them an other week to look at the next letter which was what they asked for and it was rejected again.
Sent an other one took it an other week.
So emailed them asking to close my account and straight away they sent me email saying account verified.
There phone number doesn't work there live chat is either down or doesn't help you in any way.
All my other accounts with other companies are very easy to contant them but this site is non-existent when needing help

My first withdrawal to my paypal was fine, i had won a little bit and i was worried that they were not going to payout but payout they did within 3 days of requesting the withdrawal.
My issues with CG started when i attempted to withdraw my next winnings. At this point CG asked for my documents which i provided, but it seemed to me that either the documents i provided were incorrect or insufficient.
This went on for nearly 3 weeks, each time i supplied the documents the verification timer was reset to 0 and i had to wait 72 hours, which often went over 72 hours with further demands of more documentation.
I was finally verified this weekend and my withdrawals were approved and i have received my winnings.
For those of you which are having issues with CG I would say the following. Deposit using a debit card, have all your documents ready to verify, be patient, they are a bit slow but they will and do pay.
Their support is ok, quick and friendly, they will do what they can, they will tell you that the verification team are working on your documents. if you are patient you will be verified.
As far as games go they have a fair range of them.

they allow you to deposit no issues, then you win, then you withdraw, then they block you and you will never hear again
Their FAQ's state the ID process takes NO LONGER than 48-72hrs … try 336 HRS!!!!!

My first proof of address was rejected but only 72 hours after withdrawal and only when I went to live help at 14:08. At 14:16 on 4th June I received an email to say the ID was not accepted and I had to resubmit. So the 72 hour process starts again. 8th June and still no money.

I'm back to change my review as it was also not really gentle and more out of speculations because other issues where close the same.
CasinoGods have paid me properly also according to the terms and conditions. The fact that they don't breach any terms is more because costumers don't verified there account before they cashout wich is in there rules stated can take longer.
My withdrawal diddent went to the pending withdrawal because of an cookie and cache issue, when support told me clear this and try again it worked and everything was perfectly well.
They notified me aswell because my withdrawal was declined in first place because I used the wrong payout method and still manage to process it really quick after all.
There complaints support replied to me in proper time matter so what people say about they don't reply they actual do reply, but not if you come with harassing ways of blaming them to stall payments. They have processed my withdrawal within a day and I got my money the next day. So nothing really shady after all, all withing MGA guidelines.
All and all from 2 stars to 4 stars because they kept there promise and kept on contact with me!
