Site will not pay and contact email unreachable
The website cashtorefer.net is a PTC site that says that it will pay $2 per IP that one refers to its website using an individual link. After having reached the $100 minimum for payment, and completing all surveys to unlock the payment, the site will not send me any information on how to receive money, as well as having a fake "contact us" email that is, in fact, nonexistent
