I have a Thomas Cook card for some years.
The last years I have no used it as I have not travelled much.
I also moved to France and I had no time to check in these issues.
Now checking the card I see I have been charged 3.5 usd monthly for not using the card .
I found this unacceptable and abusive and I would like a refund.

It was very easy for the company to have sent me an email that they were charging 3.5 usd to my account for me to check.
It is written in the terms and conditions, but when I bought in the travelagency nobody told me.
I called them, but they said it was written in their terms and conditions and they refund nothing to me.

I have used a Thomas Cook cashpassport a couple of times before with no problem, but this time I鈥檝e had a problem! When loading cash into the card, the app failed (the app stated so). I checked to see if the cash had been loaded, and it had not. So I tried again – this time it was successful. However, a day later I noticed that the amount came out of my bank account twice. Therefore, I have contacted them three times (through the contact process in the app), with no response. The whole point of having the card is to ensure that your travel money is safe, and that you can fall back on Thomas Cook for protection with a fast response. NOT THE CASE!
