Its really bad custom service. I have ordered a sweater, then after few days my order was confirmed. At the same evening 21:56 i got a message, that sorry we don't have that size anymore. Then they offered one size bigger and i have asked for all measures. They claimed that they can't do that. Then i asked for the money back. I didn't got any answer, but pictures that i have payed with a card.. no one is expecting money in a sec, but information must be. The next day i have called them and wanted to ask. The woman bearly speaks in swedish, told noncence. Then i told to her, that i will call them on company for the money and she told me f**ck you and hanged the phone. *i got money back. Hope, that the others will have better behavior. But im really disappointed.
