We have been running our Invoicing through Cashflow Finance for over 5 years now.
We are very happy with the service we receive .

WARNING!!! These people rip you off with hidden fees and expenses. I would highly recommend finding another finance company as cashflow finance are professional con artists. We were always constantly dealing with different people due to their lack of staff which they have even admitted to over the phone as an excuse for their incompetence. Also one person we spoke to was Andrew Summers. He was extremely rude and wasn't helpful in any way. I'm surprised I haven't seen these people on ACA. In conclusion after doing a lot of research our business has found numerous finance companies that offer much more than cashflow finance. Cashflow does what benefits them not their clients.

We love Cashflow Finance because they are quick to respond to all our queries, open to feedback and always take on board our recommendations to resolve issues. I'm sure the team working behind the scenes is bigger but a special thank you to Kira, Kristy and Patricia for all their support!

The only draw back to the services provided is the Cashflow Finance portal – which in our experience has some functions that aren't user friendly. For example, uploading files/invoices. This procedure is time consuming and a bit of a hassle on our end. In all fairness there has been some recent changes to the upload requirements and that has eased some of the burden for us. We have come up with a few more suggestions that could benefit us as well as Cashflow Finance.
1. The ability to upload multiple files at a time. At the moment we can only select one file but it would be much easier if we could choose more than one and then upload.
2. It would be beneficial to show the File Name after it is uploaded so we can ensure that all files have been uploaded and avoid any double ups.
3. Include editing functions so IF there is a double up or an incorrect batch then we can delete it ourselves rather than asking CFF.

There have been a few staff teething Issues. I have now got a really great team that I enjoy working with.

Our business has been using Cashflow Finance for years with fantastic results. Eliminates the need for a business overdraft. Our personalized consultant Kira is amazing, I only have to email or phone and she addresses any questions promptly and efficiently. All staff handle our debtors with the highest respect for our client relationship. Recommend for any business.
