Great tool for helping with the collection and collating of my clients data prior to applying for their required loan amount. Another great feature is the on going training with the help of video's and in my case one on one training via Zoom. Highly recommend CashDeck, Dale was a fantastic in getting me up to speed with the system.

CashDeck has been amazing and since the implementation of this into our process we have found a real uplift in our efficiencies meaning more time yo have have quality conversations with our clients.

This is fantastic for brokers. I highly recommend it for the application and the follow support.

The Cashdeck system will improve efficiency and time in a meaningful way. Prior to this we would need to contact clients, clients down loan and scan statements, clients then email, we receive email and download, save to file, print all statements, manually look at statements, try to classify expenses, complete a spreadsheet, circle back to customers and follow up and confirm, receive more statements and start the process again. Very time consuming.

Cash deck process, send link to clients, client click on link, we receive statements and excel, already classified, go to pivot table and confirm classifications, make amendments where necessary, then we have living expenses. perfect data for banks, process done

the biggest issue is clients don't understand they cant log out and then go back and Add accounts they forget. once logged out.
they need to have a time frame that allows them to go back in. a day or two
. or I have to keep resending the link. but the time I keep doing that, it would have been quicker for them to just send it to me

Cashdeck is a phenomenal App. Iniitally I used this to retrieve bank statements from customers in a timely and efficient manner. By timely – I mean this literally takes 90 seconds for a client to complete this otherwise annoying task. Cashdeck has evolved to now also analyse the spending pattern of the client. In the current environment having a detailed understanding of one's cost of living is vital. I would not hesitate to recommend this app to other brokers.

Safe and fast service to get your statements to your broker! Highly Recommend, Used many times and it is such a breeze. Would be great if you could request statements from iPhone but all in all its a great system.

Great service, super easy to use and very helpful.

This is a great product that provides up too date statements almost immediately – so no more out of date paper work or chasing customers for interim statements – but it needs to be used at first appointment with the customer to determine if they actually have online banking.
