I sent in a massive bag with at least 5 pairs of nearly new levi shoes good quality clothing I got 拢2.00. I could have got more selling individual items on ebay absolute rip off will never use again. sited jeans (worn look as manufactured not from use) as heavily worn damaged. I believe these are scam artists I would rather give it to charity than use this company ever again!

They collecting 5 bags of clothing 02/10, was told the same story in other reviews, still waiting payment and was told 27/10 there was a back log, i keep chasing for my money and haven't had any replys! Theyve been reported to Action Fraud! I thought i was strange that they weigh the clothes away from your home, but they provided me with a contract so seemed genuine!

They collected 6 large bags of quality clothes in March and we haven't heard a word since. No calls are answered, emails ignored and they are obviously fraudsters making making money from decent people.
I have seen a programme on tv about these type of companies and they make a lot of money by selling the clothes in Africa, not for charity as they claim but for their own greed.
KEEP CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, I have reported them to Trading Standards.

Either this is fraud or an extremely poorly run company.Like many others on here (wish I had found this review sooner) they picked up the clothes and then have not paid – for me this is well over 2 months and 37 bags of clothes.

I have reported this to the Action for Fraud.

Hello

Do not use Cash for clothes – I have been waiting since 29.1.15 for payment of 3 bags of clothing. I have phoned on numerous occasions asking about payment, but the phone just keeps going to answer phone. I have also spoken to someone from the office but they are no help at all. I wish now that I had donated to a reputable charity, rather than these cowboys who don't give a toss BE WARNED!!!!

I gave 7 bags of quality clothes and shoes 3 weeks ago and I am now gettin really worried as nobody is answering or the lines are really busy! I think I have been had over. It is not about the money but the fact I could have gave them to a local charity shop who would have made money on them for a good cause. I am goin to keep trying and if anyone knows how I can report them can you please let me know because because this company is a disgrace and would not recommend them to anyone.

I used these people on 29 th September 2014. I didn't get paid in the 7 to 10 day period that they promise. I gave 10 big bag with a total weight of around 25kg. I weighed them. I sent email after email, rang up over and over again and got either no reply or fobbed off. Your payment will be made by the end of the week.
After 2 months I contacted Action for fraud. After about a month I was contacted by the police who said they had sufficient cases to take this further. After a few more weeks I was contacted again saying they had visited this company and my name wasn't on their books so I must have been dealing with the previous company who were taken over in March 2013. I then provided the police with evidence that I had used this company well after that date. The police then made a second visit and this time spoke to the manager. He said that he was unaware of these issues and would get on to it straight away. What a load of codswollop! Any way, finally 3 weeks after the second police visit I recieved a cheque for 拢6.19. This amount is a serious underpayment, so they are still ripping me off. I will be contacting the police again but I don't hold out much hope. They are even managing to pull the wool over the eyes of the police. They are con people.
I urge anyone to contact Action for fraud. Too many people are being ripped off. It's taken me 6 months nearly to get to this point!

If I had read the reviews beforehand I would never have used this company. I like everyone have not been paid for the 20 bags of good quality clothing that was collected from my home. They came about 7pm and I was ready to meet a friend and was in a rush. They threw all the bags into the back of the van ( how do they know what belongs to who when nothing is labelled ) ? I actually said to my friend " I think that I have been had ".
How right I was. I have sent several emails and eventually got a reply asking me to forward a copy of the drivers invoice, which I have done ( don't they keep records of anything ) so far I have heard nothing. I have informed this scam of a company that I have reported them to Tading Standard and Watchdog. It isn't really about the money now but the fact that they are conning people and seem to be getting away with it. All I can say is AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Like many others it seems, I arranged for 10 bags of clothes to be picked up with promise of payment within 7-10 working days by bank transfer. weeks later, several emails to 'KIMBERLEY CENEY' who continually makes excuses and stalls, also calls unanswered or hung up … still no payment.

This company is blatantly stealing clothes with no intention of paying people and they tarnish the image of other companies in this area who pay upfront for the clothes.

There are plenty of terrible online reviews about this organisations including from the Guardian newspaper!

However.. I have filed a complaint with trading standards through citizens advice 0345 4040506. Trading standards need several complaints to launch an investigation.

Cash Clothes address is Unit 3 Heathfield Road
Sandy Lane Ind Est, Stourport

Steer clear and use the pay upfront not these cowboys!!

After having two big bags full of clothes (some brand new with tags) picked up on 08 October, to date I have still NOT received payment despite numerous emails back and forth. A lady named Kim Ceney keeps emailing, stalling getting anywhere by asking for more information (Surely a credible company should be able to find your records using name, DOB, address etc..)

I was eventually told (as it seems many were) that there was a backlog with payment, and this will be sent out by the end of the week… and here we are today with no payment!

I will be taking this forward to Action Fraud and the Department of Fair Trading.

I had 10 bags of clothes picked up by these robbers on 29th September. Over a month later, 10 emails or more, and I've lost count of how many phone calls, still no cheque. I managed to get through on the phone only once and was told there is a back log in the accounts department, but all cheques will be out by the end of the week. They lied. I posed as a new potential customer just to see if they were still making pick ups. They are and claim there are no problems in paying out. They still haven't paid up.

I've reported these people to Action Fraud as suggested by the police. I recommend others do the same to get these robbers off the streets.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I've still had no payment after 5 weeks. I've called several times and left messages for the accounts dept but no one ever calls me back. So sadly at this point I'd have no option but to say don't use them

I would avoid this company at all costs. After 2 months and endless failed attempts to call their accounts number I have received nothing for my 5 bags of clothing. I did get a response via email saying 'your cheque will be sent 2nd class today'. This was several weeks ago. I received another email (after further chasing) a week ago saying the same and still haven't received anything. I think it's appalling that they can get away with this.

Not impressed. We sent off a large quantity of clothes, and were told to expect payment within 2 weeks. We heard nothing for 3 weeks and then found them impossible to get hold off. Phones not answered, messages not returned, etc. etc. When eventually we did manage to get hold of someone (via email) and a then received a cheque (6 weeks later) it was for less than half the amount we expected. They claimed that only about 40% of the clothes were 'usuable'. We know this not to be true. I would advise people to avoid the company unless you want to waste your time and be disappointed by the end result.
